Hi girls!
I did workout today. The weather is yucky and gloomy which is typical for Oregon this time of year plus we have the addes bonus of 45-60 mph winds at the coast and I'm sure they'll be around that inland. My big german shepherd, Vader, hates the wind he's afraid of the wind monsters, we call it that because the wind makes noise and he can't see what's making the noise, drives him nuts and he feels the strong need to protect me, the kids, and the house from this unknown intruder,LOL!! He's so cute, Vader is my four legged kid I always say.
Here's today's workout:
STS, Wk1, disc#3 Plyo Legs= 53 Min

This is always a good workout for me. I really like this one is mostly dumbells so it goes faster since I don't have to hit pause to change the weights on my barbell since there isn't one needed in this one. My right hand feels weak the last couple of days and have a tough time with maintaining a good grip, so I had to lighten up on the deadlifts by 5lbs and on lunges. I usually use #25-#27 lbs but I had to switch to 20#'s and struggled with the last couple of reps. Other than that the workout went pretty well.

This DVD has a nice variety on it, I liked it.

Thanks for asking about my foot, it still hurts. Plantar facitis takes a long long time to heal up. Last time I had it a couple of years ago, it took 6 months for it to finally go away. I kept working out but still, its annoying.
Heather- Happy to hear your legs are feeling normal and without DOMS!
Because of my knee issues I'm going to have to table using Imax 3 and use Imax 2 in substitution of that. I love Imax 2 its so fun. I do love Imax3 but it does seem to be higher impact on my knees and back so I think I'll avoid this one until my knees and back are feeling 100%.
Roxie- Sorry you didn't sleep well last night. I hope your back is feeling better today. Nice job on the Jillian Michaels wii ultimatum 2010 circuit. How is that one? I know Jilian is a tough trainer and her workouts are never a walk in the park, that's for sure. I have her iFit card Lose Weight workouts levels 1,2, &3and made me have a true appreciation for her workouts and sympathy for the biggest loser contestant!
Debbie- KPC is a fun and challenging kickbox workout. I find that I like that one a little better than even KickMax. Only Kick Max has the standing legwork section after the kickbox part of the workout. They are both great but I have to give the edge to KPC, I'm with you on that one! Great workout!!
Chris- You are a legend to go for a run in 38 degree weather, you go girl!! Bravo!!
