I am done with 4DS HIS, I did left out all those jumps:D I burned 398 cal. My HR went up big times. I will try to do 4DS Chest and Back tonight, I will lower my weights. See how I feel!


DH and I will go to Nuernberg. I will be back tonight.

Happy Memorial Day ladies. I just got done doing STS disc 28. Hard to believe that in 2 weeks I will be all done. I see that Cathe is going to incorporate STS into her June rotation which makes me happy! I have enjoyed not having to decide what workout to do! So between Cathe and Debbie, I would say we are very lucky as far as rotations go!

Tonite or some time today is Push Circuit 1 and I want to do some abs but aunt flo showed up yesterday and she is being a bitch this month so I might have to hold those until tomarrow. I am headed to Washington Ks to put flowers on my fathers grave today.

I did STS Disc 13- Chest, shoulders and triceps. It was the third time I did that disc so it was a great workout. I will admit that I've been feeling STS burnout a bit which is weird because I just started a new meso. I think it was more of a workout burnout- maybe that is why it has taken me so long to really get motivated in this meso. Anyway, I'm feeling more focused and happy to be doing it, so that's good. I also tacked on Mindy Mylrea's Interval Express Step workout.

Bev: That's interesting about the June rotation- I'll have to check it out and see what she does.

Today was Back and Chest doing straight and drop sets. Had an EXCELLENT workout! I feel great today even though I've been eating nothing but junk since Friday. I'll try to do better today. Need to get back on track and FAST!

***Did well with these. I added one more set this week.

Underhand Barbell Rows:
60# - 10/10/10
***This was light, could have gone heavier.

Dumbbell Pullovers**:

***After 3rd set there was no rest with the drop sets.

CHEST
Barbell Press:
80# - 8/8/8/8
***This weight bothered my right shoulder a bit but if I kept my form perfect it went away. I'm SURE this is the exercise that has made my right shoulder this way. Added one more set.

Decline Dumbbell Flye:
25's - 10/10/10
***Should have went a bit heavier.

Incline Dumbbell Press**:
32's - 12/12/12
27's - 10
25's - 10
20's - 8
***After 3rd set no rest between drop sets. I got a great burn with this.

Happy Monday and Happy Memorial Day!

Had a rough Sunday night at work last night, many sick patients, Left me physically and emotionally spent. I woke up after 4 hrs of sleep today, and was still worried and wound up about my work night. Got up, somehow cranked out Bootcamp. Which really is a fun workout! Love the transitioning from one thing to the next so quickly.

Belinda: You must be feeling better? You're doing regular cardio and weights?? You must be loving it!!!

Bev: WTG on disc 28!! Where did you see that Cathe was going to put STS in her June Rotation? that's very interesting!

Roxie: You're cranking on CLX! best to leave out the abs today!

Patti: Are you doing the 6 month STS? I have a feeling you are missing circuits. I really loved changing it up this past week and am feeling it's working for me.

Debbie: Nice work today! Enjoy the cookout!! We're just doing one for us and the kids because of our work schedule. Kind of boring! I'm jealous!!

Phew - another long day. I didn't get any workout in today. DH and I spent ALL day outside working on the backyard. We got the rest of the garden planted, as well as a bunch of other plants we had, picked alot of weeds, created some more beds, cut the lawn...blah blah blah. We are both pooped out! It sucks to have to go back to work tomorrow. :(

KCM- Cardio Kick Step Boxing & Abs/core= 70 min

This was my first time doing the entire workout with no premixes. It was soo much fun! I love it!!

This is my recovery week from finishing up STS Meso 3 week 4. So, no weights for me this week. This gives me time to think about what I need to do next for weights workout. I'm looking at rotations currently. Hey, Debbie were you doing a rotation fo us or did I hear that wrong? No worries, I know your a busy lady.
