Hi girls!
I just worked out and will now check in. I try to keep Saturday workouts short sort of more towards lighter cardio and recovery. I will now check in.
Here's today's workout:
Les Mills Combat- Warrior 2 Lower Body Lean Out= 30 Min
MV= 8.0
CB= 328
Les Mills Combat- Inner Warrior Strengthen & Stretch= 20 Min
MV= 3.0
CB= 82
Total calories burned= 410
That's it for me today, I'm still feeling a bit sluggish but its improving. I think the Inner Warrior Strengthen & Stretch helped. I hope everyone has a blessed weekend.
Chris- Ugh about the 17 year old son being irresponsible with his blood sugar. I know that's got to be so aggravating. It's my hope that his guardian angels keep watching over him and that he does learn to be concerned about taking charge of his health. I think kids at that age think they are immortal nothing can hurt them and they can do anything they want with no fear of consequences. Ah, the blissful ignorance of youth. I know I keep hearing one day my oldest will wake up and realize how much we do for him and appreciate it, i'm still waiting. I've heard it does happen so its not a myth so they say. I recommend some serious kickboxing/boxing workouts to relieve the stress this no doubt has caused you. I say this because its what I do to cope. Hang in there and try to keep your sense of humor and kick & hit the crap out of unseen opponents in your work outs its very therapeutic, or rest is good too. Hugs and take care girlfriend

Debbie- Hugs!!! I'm so glad your mom's surgery went well and that she seems to be doing well afterwards. I'm sure that is a huge relief for you. Wow, I sure hope your mom's vision is doing better. That is something the size of that tumor they removed. I hope this surgery does your mom a world of good, so I will continue the prayers for your mom and well wishes. Roxie- Oh I'm sorry you had an awful sounding night with the sore throat and all. I do hope you will get some much needed rest and feel better. If you decide to not workout its more than understandable just listen to your body and do what is best to help you feel better. Healing prayers and hugs to you and your GS may you both be well ASAP!
