I have to say that Xtrain Super Cuts is a super fun workout and one I really like its a great metabolic style workout, good stuff.
Chris- HI!!! Nice to hear from you. Wow, that's a lot of snow. The last few days here in Oregon in the city I live we've been having spring weather sunny, clear skies, but cold at night and in the mornings. I just build a fire to take the chill off and its all good. The sunny days or moments of them are nice and make you smile at the reprieve from the rain and cloudy stuff. Great job on All Out Low Impact HiiT and then 100 Rep Challenge Hip Thrusts, Wow
