I am having a really bad time right now I am totally depressed and have no desire to do anything. I will do KCM KBX later because I need to do a some punching and then Cardio Leg Blast.
 
Another MIA week for me! :eek:

I switched up my weight work from Xtrain (although I love it, getting tired of it), to 4DS this week. I did Afterburn on Tuesday. Holy freakin crazy workout! (Belinda, do you have the Low Impact Series? those are some serious cardios for low impact!). Yesterday I did Combat 30 for my cardio and also have been doing a different body part for 100 Rep Challenges every day.

Belinda, sounds like a wonderful plan for a Germany trip!! How exciting!

Nora, somehow I KNEW you'd like Xtrain!! I totally agree with you on Hardstrikes though. So disappointed in that one!

Debbie, excellent jobs on the runs this week! Sounds like you found your mojo!!

Roxie, Sorry to hear about the job. Something will come along! Try to enjoy the time that you can spend at home. I know you'll find something!

Roxie- I'm sorry your depressed today, I hope your day gets better. KCM Kick box will be a nice way to get out the stress and stuff with. I think there is nothing better than kicking and punching to workout the stress and then you tend to feel lots better. Its sort of a two fer you get to imagine kickin' the crap out of your problems and punching out the stress plus burn calories, its awesome. I love it, and it helps me. After doing my KBX getting a new haircut with blonde highlights and spending and hour laying in the sun I am feeling a little better about things.

I finished my workout about 3 hours ago and just remembered to check in. So, I'll just get to the checking in part now.

Here's today's workout:

Xtrain Super Cuts- Premix #8 Timesaver First Part= 28 Min
MV= 7.50
CB= 288

Les Mills Combat- Core Attack= 20 Min
MV= 5.0
CB= 137

Total calories burned= 425:cool:

I wanted to keep this a short workout and new it would not be a huge calorie burner but still wanted to get this workout in. I like Saturday workouts to be shorter and not so kickbutt sort of let my body ease up and rest a bit. So I feel I accomplished that with this today it was just right intensity and time wise. So, I'm happy with it.;)

Today I did Run Fit and did just ok with it. I should never do this workout on a Monday, I'm just not ready for it. Wednesday's seem to be my best running days. But anyways, I did it all and am glad I did.

I walked on the TM when I first got up and later I will XT CB&S plus some ab work. I spent the morning applying for jobs with not luck.

I'm doing Pure Strength weight work this week, to change things up!

I did Chest Shoulders Triceps today, + 100 Rep Challenge of Biceps (bar bell curls) and Triceps (lying down extensions). AND did Ab Hits segment for 7 minutes.

Getting a bit bummed with the winter storm coming tonight. I need nice weather. So very bad. I'm getting so down!!!! Ugh!

Great workouts this week so far! And it's only Monday!!! :eek:

I am not feeling well today, will try to be back later w/personals.
 
Today I did Yoga Max by Cathy. Had a really good workout.

I'm ready for spring/summer. I'm sick of this cold weather and rain/ice all the time. It's getting old. Bring on the heat! :eek:
 
Good Morning,

Another day of job searching I am headed to the job force center to see if they have anything. It use to be having a CNA certificate would get you a job but not anymore. I will do CB&S and Hardstrikes Cardio only in a little bit.

Debbie-I am with you it needs to become spring with warmer temps and no more snow. I am tired of the clouds.

I'm with ya on the weather! We got about 5 inches of SNOW last night and now it's freezing rain all morning. It's horrible!!! I want SPRING!!

Chris- HI!!! Nice to hear from you. Wow, that's a lot of snow. The last few days here in Oregon in the city I live we've been having spring weather sunny, clear skies, but cold at night and in the mornings. I just build a fire to take the chill off and its all good. The sunny days or moments of them are nice and make you smile at the reprieve from the rain and cloudy stuff. Tonite I did XT CB&S and I can tell I have been neglecting this particular group of muscles every exercise was a struggle and then I did 30 mins on the TM. Today ends the self pity act I am doing the best I can finding a job so I have to live with that. Someone very wise in this group told me that I am and endomorph so I have to add in just the right amount of cardio to help me slim down.
 
Today I decided to work my legs. Not sure what possessed me to do legs, but that's what I did. I will not be able to walk tomorrow!

Squats - 55# - 3 sets/10 reps

Leg Press Station - 145# - 3 sets/10 reps

Elevated SLDL - 55# - 3 sets/8 reps

Plie Squats - 30# - 3 sets/8 reps

Static Lunges - 15's - 3 sets/8 reps

Calf Raises on Leg Press Station - 145# - 4 sets/20 reps

Stretched real good afterwards.

Today I will do HS no conditioning and Tabata 2 with core 1 or some kind of abs.

Debbie-good job working the legs I don't really like to work those I manage to skip those days.
