Crazy, strong and loving it for March!!

We organized my husbands shop and basement. My husband is a mess, he always messes things up:mad: it drives me crazy.I also reorganized my desk. I am constanly moving stuff around the house:confused: I think I will leave it alone for awhile:eek: I have more room since DD moved out:p


It was so nice outside, we sat outside for an hour. Than we had to get back to work:eek: We set up/cleaned up our deck,lol. Everything is set up for summer.


Ended up doing XTrain Legs. Lot's of reps! Had a cramp in my booty:p

Today was cardio and it was so hard to get up this morning. That one hour loss this weekend hit me hard for some reason. Anyways, I did Cardio Coach #3 and had a fairly decent workout.

Debbie- Nicely done with Cardio Coach #3 and that is super amazing especially with this darn time change. I agree its always terrible how exhausted a person feels into that. It seems for me it takes a week to start to get used to it. Great job on today's workout, you are awesome!;):cool:

Belinda- Sounds like you, your DH, and Dogs all had a great time walking on the beach yesterday. That sounds very relaxing and just good for the soul. I'm glad you got to do that and enjoy and I'm sure the dogs did too.;)
You're a brave woman taking on cleaning your husbands basement and shop. I would never do that, mine would go insane if I did that because only he can find stuff out there. Its his domain out in the garage so I don't go in there and attempt to clean or organize out there. I let him do that and he will do it voluntarily since he see's how clustered it gets. My DH spent a few hours cleaning his garage just last night. He's happy doing that and knows where his things are so its a win win thing.;)

Good Morning,

I had to get up early to go to a dr appt found out my cholesterol is to high again so its time to tighten up the eating and getting my workouts done. Our sleep number bed came today so we spent the afternoon getting it set up can't wait to try it out. I am starting CK25 again along with my Xtrain workouts which I didn't get done today.

I never got my workout in yesterday, was too tired after cleaning out my workout room. Wednesday I need to go to the German Consulat in DC. I need to renew my passport. It's such a pain. I need passport pictures, the only place that does the German passport pic is near the Empassy in DC, WTH? Tonight I have to drive to DC and get those pic done. Will stay with Aleisa until tomorrow. I am also getting my hair done in DC tomorrow, after my appointment at the German Consulate:p. Wished I could get my hear done before the pic:confused: Oh well! That's what I get for not getting it done sooner:eek:

Nora - DH has a huge work shop in the basement. He isn't good organizing. That's why I help him.

Roxie - let me know how you like the new bed.

Today I did Enegize by Bryan Kest. Good workout. My low back feels a bit funky, though. Nothing major, just weird.

Upper back has been doing ok. I've been using a tennis ball to try and get that tightness loose. It works but as soon as I start using my left arm fors tuff, the tightness is back. I'm feeling pretty good this morning.

I finally got some sleep last night the bed felt great I did adjust it once or twice but got it comfortable. I did wake up with some hip and lower back pains so I am going to have to adjust some more to get it right. I will do BS CB&S plus legs today.

This was my first time using Xtrain Hard Strikes and it was a good workout and I did sweat buckets but I was not liking all those jumping jacks it was a bit repetitive. I think this is a really good calorie burn cardio for not being super long which is nice. I think I'm just spoiled with Les Mills Pump Combat its one I absolutely love that workout and smile while I'm doing it and look forward to when I can do it again.

Les Mills Combat- Warrior 2 Lower Body Lean Out= 30 Min
MV= 8.0
CB= 328

Roxie- I'm glad you got some sleep you needed it. I think your workout plan is a good one for later with BS CB&S plus legs too! Sounds great Roxie, have a great workout.;)

Debbie- Nice job with Bryan Kest yoga today. Sorry you still have that weirdness in your shoulders going on. I know your sick of all that stuff and I hope between you and the doctors you can get some answers and take care of it making it go away. ((Hugs));)

I did Cross Fire today, I skipped the Pho Tabata:confused:. My foot started to cramp up with all that jumping. That's not good. That's all I need having another flair up with PF.

Nora - I feel the same way about Hard Strike. You and me both just spoiled with Beachbody's workout. I get a high cal burn whithout jumping around for an hour, lol. Like I said, my foot couldn't take it today. I think I stick with Turbo Jam:D. LOL! Thanks for your kind words!

Today I had another steller cardio workout. This is another personal best for me. Usually I go anywhere from 2-3 miles with Cardio Coach workouts. This morning I went 3.75 miles! Almost 4 miles! :eekI did a Cardio Coach mix I made up myself and kicked @ss with it!

I have to say I really enjoyed Xtrain Burn Sets 3A chest, back, & shoulders, that is a great one. I was really amazed by how humbling that medium resistant tube can be, it does surprise you. Its all good stuff, I liked this workout very much and will definitely be doing it many more times in the future.

Debbie- Nice workout today with Cardio Coach and using one of your own mix of it. Cardio Coach is still awesome and timeless, Rest in peace Coach Sean. Great job today, and way to kick your own A@##! LOL!! ;):)

Good Afternoon,

I did BS CB&S yesterday but do to my stupidity I didn't get legs done I left my billfold in a shopping cart at walmart and when I went back to get it I couldn't find it so I spent the afternoon cancelling credit cards and trying to get a new drivers liscense which is a real challenge. Someone called my sister in law and mother-in-law and got my phone number wanting to return my billfold and everything was intact. I will do Bis & Tris tonite plus CK25 and some abs.

Tonite I did XT Bis & Tris without the abs I will do those in the morning after CK25 I want to run before my job interview to help me relax.
 
Today I did Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown - Workout #2. It was a good one, I was sweating by the time I was done. Jillian is annoying but these are good workouts.

My left leg is tweaked a bit. Not sure what happened. It felt better after yoga but gets stiff when I sit. I must have ran a bit too much yesterday. :rolleyes:

I don't care, it was worth it!

I had and amazing nights sleep but I didn't get up as early as I normally do. I will do XT CLB and then go for a walk because its suppose to be in the 70's today and I so want to get outside and I will also do abs.

Debbie-I still haven't tried those workouts they are still in the wrapper.
 
Morning everyone,

Didn't get home until late last night. Had a blast with DD in DC. It was easy getting our passprt, no problem at all. Now I can look for flights to Germany;). DH and I planning to fligh in June/Juli. My sisters been calling me, we all wanna go for a week to Lake Garda, It. We have to get reservations soon. DH and I plan on staying for 3 weeks, 2 weeks in Nuernberg and one week in Italy. Getting excited!!

I waked almost 7 miles yesterday, I had no issue with my foot. I really think it's all Cathe's high impact. I have no problem with TF/TJ:eek:

I love my haircut, it looks so cute. Had my hair colored and got a few highlights. Love it.

Roxie - glad you had a good night sleep.

Debbie - I agree, JM is very annoying but all her workouts are amazing. Love them all.

Nora - it is a pain the the a$$ getting a German passport pic. Only 2 places in Washington, DC do it. Went to the Wallgreens near the Consulat. Figured the know what to do:eek:. The guy almost gave me an American passport pic. Wrong one, lol. I should have my passport in 4 weeks. I have to agree with you on HS. I thought the workout didn't have enough pounching combos and way too much jumping jacks for me. I have to say that there is not very much creativity in this one. Did you preoder her new workouts? I don't think I will preorder this one. I have enough workout DVDs.

It was so nice out I went for a walk and while I was out I helped coral a horse. I didn't get the job I interviewed for hut oh well tomarrow is another day and its suppose to be another warm one so I plan on getting some sun.
