Good Afternoon,

I did CK25 WK1 D1 and kept my speeds low ran at 3.6 and walked at 2.6 I have some pain but nothing major hoping to run with DD in the morning. I will do my planks here at work. I won't be checking in this weekend we are going to the lake with DD, SIL, GS and SIL's Parents.

We stayed in DC a few day's longer, we had a blast with the kids. Besides walking I didn't do anything. Today I will do a workout?

Today I will start M3 W2 D? Today I am starting SBF 2 week Bootcamp, I will do Cardio Interval 2 = 20 min + Vintage Thin Thighs Fast = 10 min.

We were on vacation last week, we returned Saturday. It was an awesome week, we stayed at a gorgeous resort in NH near a huge lake. It went by super fast. .... I started back with working out yesterday with Supersets & Core #1.

Today I will do an Xtrain weight workout and add in a little cardio. I need the extra cardio this week to get rid of vacation weight! :p

Debbie, good choice doing GS this week. Hope you have a relaxing vacation. I did no workouts last week! Just walking and eating. It was nice to take a week off.

Roxie, nice job on the planking. I should add in some myself. We rented a Pontoon boat on vacation, loved it!!

Belinda, where are you traveling to in the RV? Sounds like fun. Good plan on workouts!

Nora, you are doing great with working out, as usual. I'm thinking you are feeling ok? I know you had a few injuries. ... Our vacation was a wonderful break, and my middle son did well. I'm praying he doesn't go back to his behaviors before we left on vacation.
 
Today I did Xtrain Chest, Back & Shoulders. Had a great workout. I really like this workout, it goes so fast. This is what I did:

One Arm Rotational Row - 25# - 16 reps
Side Leaning Lateral Raise - 8# - Only got to 12 reps

Dumbbell Press on Ball- 25's - 16 reps
"T" Band Pull - 16 reps slow, 10 fast
Shoulder Circle - 3's - 48 reps

Reach Tap Pushups- 24 reps (I just did regular pushups on knees)
"T" Prone on the Ball - 8's - 12 reps
Alternating Dumbbell Overhead Press - 10's - 12 reps

Chest Fly on Ball- 20's# - 16 reps
One Arm Row w/Tubing - 32 reps
Bent Over Rear Delt Drop Sets - 10's - 16, 12, 8 reps

Chris- Welcome back from your vacation! It does sound so relaxing and fun, glad you enjoyed it. I see you plan to do Xtrain weight workout and add in a little cardio. That sounds like a good plan, no doubt you'll nail your workout and have fun doing it too! I'm not doing so well lately still have knee injury that is very slow to heal, I think its on Maui time, LOL!! Geez, neck and low back pain and hot flashes. Its excruciating to sleep these days, but I try. Money is tight having to be frugal and ration my food. Hanging in there, Congrats on your vacation near NH by a lake, it just sounds dreamy. What a wonderful blessing. I hope it rejuvenated you and your family. Sending prayers and good thoughts on your teenage son. He'll get through this and be right. Hang in there. I am beginning to think teen years are way worse than terrible twos and fours. LOL!!

I woke up with a migraine and upset stomach so no workout for me. I need to learn to drink more water when we are on the boat.

Chris-boats are fun until they break down which happened to both of the boats this weekend, the starter went out on ours and the pontoon boat had a bad sensor. I am glad you had fun on vacation.

I stayed home from work today head still hurts didn't feel like driving and hour so I called in. I went for a run/walk today and it felt good listened to my leg and stopped when it started to hurt. I will do my planks later.

Howdy!

well, last night at work was not peaceful. It sucked horribly. Yes, it could have been worse, but just super busy and stressful.

I did Yoga today. Not really a relaxing yoga, more of a cardio/yoga/strengthening. Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown #1. I'm planning a dog walk later .

Nice choice of workouts, Nora! I don't know what the Daily HiiT consists of, but I love KCM and Les Mills!

Belinda, what an exciting vacation! I'm jealous, sounds like quite and adventure!
