I did workout earlier today but forgot to check in with today's workout and I will do so now. This week since I just finished one round of Chalene Extreme Saturday I think I'll do a Lean for Life this week which is a maintainance workout for CLX not sure if I'll go for the entire month since my PeakFit should be here Saturday.
