I will do cardio today? I think it's one of the HiiT ones? I will let you know later what I did.

Today was total body and I chose Muscle Endurance. Had a pretty good workout, wasn't much in the mood for this today. I skipped the shoulder work because my shoulder is irritated again. I think I slept on it.

On a weird note, I'm looking more forward to my C25K workouts then my lifting. That is unheard of.

Belinda - What are you doing? Did you change rotations? I must have missed that.

HiiT 40/20 is done!

Debbie - I did FB workouts for a month now, got a little bored. I started STS yesterday, not sure how far I will get doing it in an RV:) I figured, I do everything else in the RV, why not give STS a try? I bought more weight plates for my BB, probabley need more in M2? I got the best results with STS, I really didn't see any changes with doing full body workouts, 3x a week:eek: I am sure, it's not the workouts, it's me:( my eating is all over the place and the RT is coming up, looking at the Disney pic all those ladies look soooo fit! I work my a$$ off and still don't look like that:eek: I also need to clean up my eating, not sure what happend since we got to the US? Everything went down hill from here on!

I am so glad you found something you enjoy, keep it up with the C25K workouts. They are awesome workouts. If it wouldn't be so freaking hot outside, I would join you with the fun. My dogs don't want to go for their walks, lol. Now, that's telling you something!

Today was Peak Fit's Pure Cardio. I was hoping it would cure my headache. It did not. I'm going to go jump in the pool and get some fresh air for a bit. And take Aleve-D.

More pic:p I do sometimes end up in my kitchen, especially doing step or Hiit:p but work weight training, perfect. The thing (?)that my weights are on, I do use that as a high step for step ups, my a$$ is on fire after that. The black table (cube) I use for triceps dips. I make everything working for me, I am getting so creative these days. I will be back later!

This week since I just finished one round of Chalene Extreme Saturday I think I'll do a Lean for Life this week which is a maintainance workout for CLX not sure if I'll go for the entire month since my PeakFit should be here Saturday.
