Crazy, strong and loving it for January!!

Yesterday I did D40. Today I will go for a walk with the dogs.

Roxie - get rid off stuff! Just kidding! I know what you mean.
Nora - nicely done today. Hope you feel better.

Debbie - sounds like you enjoy running again.

Chris - glad you love the new workouts. I thought about selling my dvds? I have so many workout dvds already.

I am always going through my stuff. My trash was full from DD going through all her stuff last week. We also donated a lot of stuff. I will not buy anything anymore. I am donating to.ReStore resale outlets | Habitat for Humanity Int'l. You also could donate things to Vietnam Vets (they come right to the house and take stuff off the porch) and the
animal shelters, such as the Humane Society need a lot of things you may be throwing out, such as old sheets, blankets and towels.
 
Today was XTRAIN Bis and Tris. Loved it! I also did 40 Mason Twists and 12 Push Ups for a Jan challenge I'm doing.

Working overnight tonight...cya tomorrow!!

Yesterday ended up being a forced rest day:( my right foot was killing me. I couldn't stand or walk on it:eek:

Today is my last STS workout. YEAH! I finished my 4th round of STS. I think I will take a break from STS for awhile:eek:

Roxie- I never heard of DAV? I need to google that one. Why do we have so much stuff?

Hi girls,

I've switched to a 5 day a week workout schedule a few months a go so I've been following that. I'm still feeling awful with flu like symptoms from Thursday night's MS injection. I'll be resting this weekend in hopes I'll be able to
workout Monday, we'll see.

Hi girls,

Did the elliptical for 40 min at the gym. I could have gone longer but I hit the switch on my ipad:mad:. Oh well! Still had a great workout. I really enjoy going to the gym again. The commissary is right next to the gym on base, so we go grocery shopping afterwards. LOL!

Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Coach #4. Not sure why, it sure isn't my favorite. But I did well with it.

This week is my recovery week. I will try to go for a short walk and do some stretching. I also have to clean my floors.

Last night I took all the xmas decorations + tree down.

Roxie - DD is moving out the and into her new appartment in DC, not looking forward either.

Debbie - we posted at the same time. Good job this morning. I still love all Sean's workouts. Did iClimb yesterday, so much fun.

This afternoon for me is XTrain Chest, Back and Shoulders and CK25. I need to sneak a stretch in but I packed all my stretching dvds so I am going to have to find one.

Belinda- Enjoy your recovery week and congrats on yet another STS rotation done and in the books. You are amazing girlfriend and I agree a nice walk and stretching sounds like a great and easy recovery type workout. Its gets ya moving and stretches you out but nothing strenuous. I hope your not having pain still with regards to your feet? Take care and embrace this recovery time, you have earned it and then some.

Today I will do some yoga and abs.

Today I decided to do about 45 minutes of P90X Yoga-X. I like that workout but it's so damn long. My shoulder blade is still bugging me a bit but the knot is gone. I need to have DH rub it out for me again tonight.

This week starts my parttime so today is a day off. I did Chest, Back and Shoulders yesterday plus CK25 W2 D1 but I couldn't check in because the website was down and the workout manager still isn't working. Today is XT Cardio Leg Blast.

Belinda-I really liked last nights workout I couldn't go as heavy as her but I really felt it.

Debbie-we understand about the personals and this move is really tough for both of us we spend more time fighting then talking.
 
I just finished CLB and may I say that workout was killer I wanted to stop half way through but finished it. I am really liking this series so far.
