Today for me will be some kind of cardio probably something light I have developed everyone elses foot problem. I am also going to do some packing today. We have 3 inches of snow on the ground and it is very pretty to look at.

Belinda-have a good workout. DH and I were in bed before 10 o'clock.

Today I did Workout 1 from Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown. Yea, she's getting annoying now. But I do like the workout. I was going to do both but this one really had me sweating. Tomorrow is total body weights.
 
I started CK25 today and I did Shape Abs so I guess I am starting the new year on a good note.

Today for me when I get off at 2 is CLX Lean Circuit 3 and a TF workout I packed most of my other workouts yesterday kept XTrain, LIS series, CLX and TF out.

Belinda-I would love to go for a walk outside but there is to much snow on the ground.

I took the dogs for a nice walk today. I already took 9608 steps today (according to my fitbit;)). I am all good for today.

Today I did yoga and chose Cathe's Yoga Max. Had a decent workout. My only complaint about this workout is Cathe holds the poses way too long. So long that you just get bored with it. I know she's not a yoga master, but there is so many different things she could have done to break up the monotony. Oh well, it's still a decent yoga workout.

Woke up with a sore neck, I think I slept on my right side all night long. I had a small kink but now it's gone. I was worried that yoga would make it worse, but it seems to have made it better. Yay!

Debbie - I thought the same thing the first time I did yoga max:confused: I think I only done that workout once:eek: Not my favorite yoga class.

Roxie - DD is moving out in a week, I helped her packing last weekend. I am not looking forward to that move. Good job getting your workout in.

Belinda-moving is not something I like to do I have done it way to many times and this time there is no one to help me pack stuff up before I had the girls.

Hi Girls!

Happy New Year!!!!

I've been following Cathe's 90 Day Undulating XTRAIN Rotation. LOVING the workouts so far. ALOT!

Monday was Xtrain's Chest Back Shoulders. Tuesday was Cardio Leg Blast (ALOT like Plyo Legs, but a tad bit easier. A TAD!), Wednesday I did the cardio premix from Hard Strikes (reminiscent of KPC's kicking and punching drills), and today I did an 80 minute premix off of Legs, including bonus rear delts. Ow, my legs are really sore already!!

You girls have been doing great with working out this week!!!! Impressive!!!
 
Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Coach #6 with Sean. I had a really excellent workout. Pushed myself hard on this one.

Well, I got it done today. Not feeling so well today after last night's MS meds injection. Its not as bad as last week but still a slight headache and nausea, and dizziness.
