I don't think I will do my workout this morning, didn't get home until this morning:eek: We had a blast at my neighbor.

I walked on the TM for 30 minutes waiting on DD and her BF to get here.

Belinda-my dd is getting engaged today she doesn't know it yet. Congrats to your DS.

I started the new year (actually started Monday) doing the STS Undulating Rotation. Monday was Meso 3 Chest & Back, today I will do Plyo Legs. Yesterday I did cardio, TF 45 and Core 20! Good stuff

Congratulations to your son, Belinda! Did you have any idea he was going to ask her? The ring is GORGEOUS!!!

Roxie, how exciting for your DD!!! What rotation are you doing this month? Did you decide on one?

Due to the weather DD and her BF didn't make it down but he called her dad and got his permission then took her to the lake and proposed he is a fisherman so its the perfect place, I think that is where they are going to get married.

Chris-I am still doing Dec's rotation but waiting on KCM to post her New Year Resolution Rotation.

Hi Girls!! :)

I wanted to do a long walk + a long stretch once a week. Today it's snowing and bitterly cold out! ... So I did an older Kathy Smith Step workout for 31 minutes and then did Karen Voight's Total Body Stretch. It's done in a big grassy field in Montana. Beautiful and SO stretchy!! Felt good!

Hubby is taking down the Christmas stuff today , I'm doing laundry...

Nora, I'm also very grateful and happy to have you girls as fitness friends!!! ... Nice workouts as usual. I've been thinking good thoughts for you for your HPV retest. When do you go?

Roxie,that's very sweet how your DD's boyfriend proposed! .... I'm surprised KCM has not put out a new year's rotation yet?

Nora - I am so thankful for your friendship. It means a lot to me too. As always your workouts rock. What results have you gotten from your workouts the last year? I am kinda rethinking not working out so much? I am kinda wondering if I only workout 45 min if that would be enough?

Chris - thank you so much! Yes, we knew:D It was only a matter of time. They been dating for over 4 years. I wanted to take a walk with the dogs, it's snowing her too and it's coooold. Arrr.

Hi Chris, Thanks for the good thoughts and vibes for me regarding HPV testing. I have an appointment the afternoon of February 3 2014. Yikes! Biting my nails and have been praying like crazy since August when I saw the doctor last and got the test results from that time. Please keep praying/or thinking positive thoughts or vibes for me, I need all the prayers, positive thoughts, vibes, and wishes as possible. Thanks for asking,;) I hope all is going great for you and yours in this new year.

Hello eeryone! Sorry I haven't been on. The weather has been crazy and my workouts very sporadic. Still having knee pain and I once again pulled the muscle in my shoulder between my spine and shoulder blade. That is better, however, but I didn't want to chance a workout today. Monday I will commit to my workouts full force again and get myself going. I feel so lazy lately, not sure what is wrong with me. I hate feeling this way.

Roxie & Belinda- Congrats on the engagements! Wow! What a great new year for both your children! How exciting!

Chris - I have a couple Karen Voight stretch workouts and they are both awesome. If your question is whether to purchase one or not, I say go for it. You cannot go wrong with Karen.

Nora - I am praying that your test will be normal in February. What a terrible thing to have to worry about. I'm sure you're fine though. {{{hugs}}}

I want to thank all of you for always being a true inspiration for me. You all workout so hard and I look up to each and every one of you! I'm hoping 2014 will be an excellent year for all of us! :) We rock!

Belinda- How are you liking P90X3? Nice workout for you today with P90X3 CVX. So what is that one again? Is it core work? I always liked Tony's personality in P90X Original. Awesome job on your workout today, now go and have a fabulous day!;):)

Debbie- Thank you for the prayers and please keep them coming. Yes, I hope the test in February is normal too. Its just been tough waiting and worrying for six months to do a re-test. I'm sorry to hear that your shoulder is bothering you again plus knee pain, girl this is no fun. I hope you can go to the doctor and get some answers and more importantly relief from all of this. Its a good call to back off from workouts if there is pain of any kind. No need to inflame or make it worse. Please rest and take it easy. When you do get back on TM maybe try walk or walk-run intervals. Think low impact for the knees in terms of cardio. I would only attempt to do that if the knees are feeling up to it, otherwise maybe gentle stretches or yoga would be my best suggestion. Please be careful and rest;) I'll be praying for you about pain relief for your knees and shoulder pain. ((Big Hug));):)

I haven't felt well the last 2 days my sinuses are driving me crazy. I will do todays workout tomarrow. Wedding date is June 13th 2015. You guys are all great friends.

Belinda-thats the way DD and her BF are they have been dating for almost 4 years so we all kindof expected it.

Nora-good job with your workout and happy thoughts for next month.

Debbie-you need to get things checked out and you have been my inspiration.

Yesterday I did P90X3 The Warrior, that's it. Today I need to do STS D9 Legs. Just didn't had it in me to tackle on another workout.

Nora - I like P90X3:) It's different than his original P90X. A lot of balance/core work. CVX is cardio, it was very good. I was sweating buckets. Your workouts are amazing, girl! Keep it up.

Roxie - oh no! Please, take it easy. Congratulations to your DD! That's fantastic! June is just around the corner.

Debbie - hope you are taking it easy? Nothing wrong with being lazy. Your body needs the rest. It will thank you.

We got another 1-2' of snow on the ground and it is cold outside. I need to make a stretch a priority today I had a sharp pain between my shoulder blades this morning, I also need to make up the step workout I missed Friday.

I took it easy and did Basic Step and Total Body Stretching not a big calorie burner but better then nothing so now I am caught up for the week.
