Nora - Nice workout yesterday girl! I see you are enjoying P90X. I'm glad. And yes, that ab work is awesome. I usually get sore doing that one myself. Hey, I'm pulling out the warmers you sent me. I need to loosen up the muscles in my hips and glutes. I hope it works. I keep forgetting I have those to use. Duh!

Chris - Nice workout and I'm glad you enjoyed it! That always helps when it comes to cardio. This pain bothers me all day long, but running is obviously totally out of the question. I'm going to try some heat and massage it tonight and for the rest of the week and see how that goes. I just can't believe how tight my lower body is.
