Here's today's workout:

STS Cardio: Athletic Step= 47 Min
Calories burned= 449
This was a fun workout with many familiar steps and moves from cathe's other workouts but not put together like this. I had a little trouble being coordinated because of that. I feel that just means I need to do it a couple of more times to have it down, but lots of fun. Cede really is all smiles in this one, I think she was having a ball.

The Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga- Warm up, Level 1, Level 2, and Cool down= 45 Minutes
Calories burned= 123
This was fun with lots of modifications shown. I feel really stretched out and super relaxed afterwards. I like that I can customize the length of the workout to work for me.

Total calories burned= 572

Heather- Wow! That sounds like a awesome workout, and is very impressive. Great workout for you today. I'm curious how do you do chinups with #60's I honestly don't have a clue. I can just now do assisted chair pullups and chinups with P90X, which is a first ever! Great job today Heather, love the way you rocked your workout and did so safely.:D;)

Debbie- Oh no! Please be careful. I don't want you to do Cardio Coach if its causing you lower body pain. Maybe think about doing lower impact workouts for cardio for a while until your lower body is feeling better. Please take care, ooh take a nice warm bath and rock a couple of advils see if that helps. Yes, definitely make use of my corn pillows I sent you, those always help my neck.

Chris- I was curious about Lalo fit, but didn't know anyone that had tried it. So what kind of workout is it? Is it challenging and make you sweat buckets?
I'm happy for you to be enjoying a new workout. I like to try new ones too. Hang in there with putting away the christmas stuff, I know its a pain but you'll be done with it for a year:eek: Now there's the incentive! Have a great evening.

Roxie- Have fun doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 1. I have that one and have used it. Its fun and the time goes by fast and there is lots of switching exercises in a circuit so that changes things up and makes it fun too. Have a great workout!;) Take care.;)

Belinda- Have a great workout today at the gym. I see you mentioned a PT appointment as well hope that goes great too! Keep up the great job working out and taking care of your back.;)
