Crazy, Strong and Loving it for February 2014!!

Today I did a Cardio Coach Mix I made up and it was a really good one. Consisted of 6 - 30 second sprints with 30 second rest and then 2 - 8 minute treks. Had a great workout.

Total time was 41 minutes, I ran 2.5 miles and burned about 361 calories.

Nora - I sure hope your knee is ok. You might want to get it checked out. That sucks! {{{{HUGS}}}
 
Hey girls,

STS D37 squat rack legs and Stretch Max#1 is done. I will do P90X3 tonight with DH. I am down other 2 pounds. Since last year, I been having a hard time losing weight:eek:. I am kinda, sorta following the 21 Day Fix diet program And no, I didn't cave and bought another workout program(thanks to Chris:p) nor did I buy those little, tiny food containers. Those are nothing but measuring cups with a lid You get so many calories for you weight, I had to go up a little since I am doing STS and P90X3. The Tally Sheets I printed off the Beachbody website.

Hi girls;)

No workout for me today because of my knee injury. I will take the rest of the week off to let my knee heal and the swelling and pain to subside before I dare to workout on it.

Belinda- Good for you doing STS D37 squat rack legs and Stretch Max#1, and you said you plan to later do P90X3 with your DH. You go girlfriend that is awesome, bravo! Good for you trying the 21 day fix from BB. I hope that works out great for you. I know you can be successful in anything you do you're an amazing lady and a cathelete go forth and have a fabulous day!;)

Debbie- Thanks for the Hugs, I really appreciate them.:);) Nicely done on your cardio coach mix today, awesome distance and calories burned. You are awesome today, WTG!!!:cool::D;) I will keep icing the knee and taking something for the inflammation, its sprained and it sucks but I need to stay off of it for now and get that swelling down,The swelling has gone down a little so it will take a while with a bad sprain which is what this is. Interestingly enough it did not happen working out. I was walking around the bed, tripped on the bed skirt and got wrapped up in it trying to avoid the fall and fell hard on the right knee. Its very sensitive to the touch even today, so it will require more icing and staying off of it. I pray it will heal up ASAP!;)

Roxie- I hope your Boss man had a successful heart surgery and is having excellent post-op care and follow up care in the hospital and he is doing well. Great job on your workout yesterday and keep up the great job with that. Take care and be well girlfriend.

Chris- I miss your check ins. I hope you had a awesome kick butt workout and that the schedule change is starting to get a little easier to manage. Please get your rest and take care and I hope all is going well with your family.((Hugs));):)

Today I did a lower body workout on my own and had a great workout. My knees don't hurt at all anymore. I'm so happy about that!

This is what I did:

Squats (warmup) - 15's - 2 sets of 10 reps

Leg Press & Calf Press - 130# (alternated between leg press and calf raises. Did 3 sets of 10 for the leg press and 3 sets of 20 for the calf presses

Deadlifts - 45# - 3 sets 10 reps

Squats - 20's - 3 sets 10 reps

Plie Squats - 30# - 3 sets 10 reps

Power Squats - 45# - 3 sets 8 reps

Legs are fried!

I did Fitness Blender Standing Crunchless Abs here at work yesterday because I was bored and this morning I did KCM's Body Shop 2 hoping to get Cardio Blast Plyo done later waiting to here whats up with the bosses I haven't heard anything since Tuesday.

Debbie-awesome job girlfriend glad to here the knees are better.

No workouts still, I think I'll wait until Monday and see how my knee is then and decide if its ready for workouts or still needs more time to heal.

No workout for me today, I just could not wake up. I didn't sleep well and have another headache. Getting sick of these headaches. I think it's because it's TTOM. :(

My legs are really sore! :)

Happy T.G.I.F.:D! No workout for me today or the rest of the week. I'm not sure if I'll be back working out Monday or the days following. I'm just taking one day at a time and letting my body tell me when I'm healed up to try and workout again. I hope you all are having either amazing workouts or great rest day either way take care and enjoy the blessings of today!
