Hi girls
No workout for me today because of my knee injury. I will take the rest of the week off to let my knee heal and the swelling and pain to subside before I dare to workout on it.
Belinda- Good for you doing STS D37 squat rack legs and Stretch Max#1, and you said you plan to later do P90X3 with your DH. You go girlfriend that is awesome, bravo! Good for you trying the 21 day fix from BB. I hope that works out great for you. I know you can be successful in anything you do you're an amazing lady and a cathelete go forth and have a fabulous day!

I will keep icing the knee and taking something for the inflammation, its sprained and it sucks but I need to stay off of it for now and get that swelling down,The swelling has gone down a little so it will take a while with a bad sprain which is what this is. Interestingly enough it did not happen working out. I was walking around the bed, tripped on the bed skirt and got wrapped up in it trying to avoid the fall and fell hard on the right knee. Its very sensitive to the touch even today, so it will require more icing and staying off of it. I pray it will heal up ASAP!
Roxie- I hope your Boss man had a successful heart surgery and is having excellent post-op care and follow up care in the hospital and he is doing well. Great job on your workout yesterday and keep up the great job with that. Take care and be well girlfriend.
Chris- I miss your check ins. I hope you had a awesome kick butt workout and that the schedule change is starting to get a little easier to manage. Please get your rest and take care and I hope all is going well with your family.((Hugs))
