Good morning,

Thanks guys! DH and I had an amazing day yesterday. We didn't get home until 10 pm:p

Today I will go to the gym, work off some cal.:p We had a 5 cours meal last night;) It was so good.

Debbie, hope your back feels better! Take care!

Day number 2 of rest. Slept good but the center of my low back still hurts when I try to straighten up. I sure hope this gets better soon. I'm really upset that my rotation is getting screwed up. I really want to do Shoulder and Arms tomorrow and I might just try it and see how it goes. We'll see. If I feel like I do right now I won't be doing it.

Got my magnetic belt on, sometimes that helps.
 
Well last night I ended up doing SB and SJP abs. I really needed to get my legs moving rather than just sit (sit all day as it is). They are still a bit sore, but not horrible. I think DH and I are going to do spin again this evening.

I'll probably do an easy 15 min run on the treadmill to warmup before class (especially since class is really only 45-50 mins and 10 of that is warmup, easy easy). I think that's why my calorie burn seems pretty low. When you're going, my HR gets freaking up there! My high on Mon was around 176, but the majority of the time it was well below 150. Anyhoo, it'll be something different for a while and something to do with DH.

Belinda - I hope you enjoyed every bite of that meal at least!!!

Debbie - Hope your back feels better soon. At least you are really good about listening to your body.

Nora - holy smokes on your workout!!! WOW :eek:

Wendy - good job on foregoing the cheese and crackers before bed, did you have them before dinner at least!! ;)

It's a nice , but brisk morning out there today! Supposed to get a rain storm in tonight and tomorrow, so I'm really leaning towards another run today. BUT, it's COLD out now (frosted grass) and that doesn't entice me. My other option is doing the Drill Max cardio premix INside. I think I may go do my errands and see what it's like outside when I get back and THEN decide!

So yes, my run went VERY well yesterday! I actually did SJP Step Only Premix before I went, and then ran for about 40 minutes at the park. My legs felt kind of heavy, it wasn't the BEST run for me, but still felt great! I dressed in layers, with gloves (it was 38 out), and ended up stripping off only the gloves. The sun was bright and warm, it really was nice for running! And my calf was FINE!! NO issues! YAY!

Belinda: Glad you had a fun anniversary celebration! 5 courses !!! :eek: Sounds like so much fun!

Roxie: Yogini sounds very intriguing! What is it? Cardio?

Heather: Can't keep you down, can ya? But cardio is good for loosening up the legs. Cool you found a new cardio to do, AND with Dh is a bonus!!!

Nora: So cool you got P90X AND started it right away!!! You are so funny! I kind of remember Debbie saying she wasn't thrilled with the first workout too. But was more enthusiastic about the others. I like Tony's personality, so that would make it easier for me. So much exercise, but cool idea on combining it with Dec Rotation!

Wendy: I can't believe you're almost done with MESO 2 too! I found i got some GREAT upper body muscle definition, again, with it this time around. And during MESO 2, seemed like I had continuous DOMS as well. ... Good cardio yesterday! You have me wanting to try DM premix!

Better go get something started....

Chris-yogini was a cross between yoga an cardio I burned 215 cals in 45 min.

I hope everyone had a great workout today and a great day in general. I'm really late checking in since I just walked in the door from my son's choir concert, and still need to fix dinner etc... I'm sorry but no time for personals tonight.

Here's today's workout:

P90X Plyometrics= 58 Minutes
Calories burned= 554

This workout is fun and Rocks!! I do love PlyoX and previewed the next one, Shoulders and arms and that looks good. I just wasn't thrilled with the first one. I didn't even feel like I got a good workout in with it since I'm not able to use a chin up bar so used cathe's tubing which is great, but its not the same. I do love my new push up bars which are an early christmas present. They really do help alot for weak wrists and avoiding wrist pain. Yep, that's right no more excuses about doing push ups, LOL!!!

Body Max 2-Timesaver Cardio= 43 Min
Calories burned= 411

I definitely worked hard today, and it felt great.
