I am thinking about investing in KCMs new workouts what are your opinions on her for those of you who have tried hers?
I've only tried the Ready Step Go and Cardio Kick Step-Boxing. I enjoyed them both. The only problem I have is space. For some reason her choreography required more space than I have. If you use Netflix, try putting some in your queue just to try them out. That's what I've been doing with instructors and workouts I am curious about.
I have been wanting to try her Cardio Sculpt Fitness, but I am trying to focus on weights and cardio separately rather than circuits right now. I also think she has some new ones coming out soon.

Oh wow, MIC kicked my butt!!I could NOT pull those blasts out at the end, I was feeling like I was going to hurl as it was... Anyways, burned about 800 calories for the 65 minutes, so I'm happy on that one. The hi/lo was "ok" for me, I really struggled on the Step portion though.
Heather: the incline walk sounds good for your ankle. You shouldn't push it and re-injure it. Do you like the hi/lo from MIC? Maybe you could try it without all the big jumps, just modify?
I have never done KCM, so I'm no help! LOL!...
But I am seriously thinking of ordering Physique57 today, any of you hear of it? Just yesterday I was thinking I haven't ordered anything in a while!![]()
What does KCM stand for?
Hey all, have a quick moment with my guests here and had to stop by. I did S&H chest followed by PH chest- really worked hard today. If I don't have DOMS I will be shocked. Then I did the cardio from C&W.
Roxie: I really like KCM- good workouts and very efficient. I have almost all of hers. I consider her high intermediate / low advanced. She's great.
Heather: Take care of that ankle- don't know what to suggest for cardio, though.
Chris: UGH on MIC but you go girl!
My BF is currently down in my workout room doing the original BC for the first time. Ha, can't wait to see what she thinks!![]()
