Cathlete
Hi and good morning,

I will do cardio today:eek: It's raining outside:rolleyes:

I will be back to report my workout.

My best to all. BBL!

Morning,

I am done with iTri Sprints 16 (sprints,i Climb& icyle & i psrints) 60 min. Very tough transition from the icycle to sprints, very tough. My legs were so tight! I was sweating buckets!

Have a great day, everyone.

Hey Everyone,

This morning was PLB. My legs are fried. (especially my outer thighs) It will be nice tomorrow to stretch out and do some yoga. :)

Today was yoga and abs. Had to get my ab work in there, haven't had much time to do it this week. So I did a half hour of yoga and about 15 minutes of ab work.

For Yoga I choce Karen Voights Yoga Flow. I like this one, it's very basic yoga moves but loosens up my muscles really well.

For Abs I chose Cathe's No Equipment Ab Work from Ab Circuits from STS. Good workout. I wish it would have been a little more harder but I still got a good workout.

Belinda - Dang, you guys are getting a lot of rain. That sucks! Nice workout!

Karen - Nice job with PLB. One of my favorites!

Good Morning,

Tonite for me is RMP it Up again didn't do it last nite did something else. Even though I don't like these workouts my body seems to be responding I can see and feel a difference in my ab area the baby pooch is disappearing and my hips look smaller an my thighs more toned, but here is the problem maybe you guys can help me understand, I have put back on those 2lbs I lost plus 1 and the tape measure is showing no changes how can that be?

Belinda-sucks about the rain.

Karen-good workout sounds like yoga is what you need.

Debbie-good job girl getting those abs done I know how much you don't like doing abs.

Hi ladies - today should just be cardio for me. I thought (not long) about getting up and getting it done this morning. Instead I snoozed! Not sure what I'll do exactly, but I'll figure it out.

My outer legs are a bit sore from legs yesterday, but cardio should loosen them up nicely I think. My back is kind of tight from KPC though. I forget how much that works the back area (exercise amnesia I believe).

Belinda, Karen, Debbie - good job this morning!

Roxie - glad to hear that you are starting to see some results even if scale and tape measure aren't moving.

Hi Everyone!

Today on tap for AUG 09 Rotation is MIC. Now, usually, I'm so turned off by that Hi/Lo stuff, but for some crazy reason, i think I may have it in me to to it today! Plus it's still damp/cloudy/soggy out from the rain overnight, not so good for a run....

Belinda
: Hope your weather clears up too. ... Sounds like a VERY cool workout today! but OUCH on the legs!

Karen: WTG on PLB..tough stuff!... How'd you do on the stability ball? I *un*heart the ball work ... I think GS has it in it, and I'm due up for that tomorrow.

Debbie: Nice yoga stretch! I have to make time for yoga , of course, i've let it slide again! Ugh!

Roxie: That's awesome you're feeling some results from SI6! Hope you it grows on you more so you don't dread it so much!

Heather: Is your ankle all better now? What kind of cardio are you up to? ... I'm pretty sure my legs will be feeling the same way on Friday after GS!

Nora and Wendy: Hi-5's on yesterday's workouts!!! I'm having some pretty good DOMS in my chest and tri's today ... how about you guys??

Off to do.... MIC....

Chris - hope you enjoy MIC. I really dislike that one for some reason. It's usually about halfway through the step part that I start to just shut down and say "done." Not sure what my mental issue is LOL. I like the high/low stuff normally. I do a lot of HIIT runs on the treadmill (when I have to use the treadmill). My ankle seems to be doing better. I have been wrapping it to do any cardio. I still haven't tried to run and have not gone all out with step yet. So, that's why I'm not sure what to do today. May just walk on the incline again - but not sure my booty can handle it!

I'm open for cardio suggestions!!!

Heather

I am thinking about investing in KCMs new workouts what are your opinions on her for those of you who have tried hers?

I've only tried the Ready Step Go and Cardio Kick Step-Boxing. I enjoyed them both. The only problem I have is space. For some reason her choreography required more space than I have. If you use Netflix, try putting some in your queue just to try them out. That's what I've been doing with instructors and workouts I am curious about.

I have been wanting to try her Cardio Sculpt Fitness, but I am trying to focus on weights and cardio separately rather than circuits right now. I also think she has some new ones coming out soon.

Probably didn't help much - Sorry!

I have previewed all the new ones on her website and they look really good and they are only 30 mins 1 is muscle definition 1 is cardio blast and the other is using your own body wt so you could make a nice rotation with these.

Oh wow, MIC kicked my butt!! I could NOT pull those blasts out at the end, I was feeling like I was going to hurl as it was... Anyways, burned about 800 calories for the 65 minutes, so I'm happy on that one. The hi/lo was "ok" for me, I really struggled on the Step portion though.

Heather: the incline walk sounds good for your ankle. You shouldn't push it and re-injure it. Do you like the hi/lo from MIC? Maybe you could try it without all the big jumps, just modify?

I have never done KCM, so I'm no help! LOL!...

But I am seriously thinking of ordering Physique57 today, any of you hear of it? Just yesterday I was thinking I haven't ordered anything in a while! ;)

Hey all, have a quick moment with my guests here and had to stop by. I did S&H chest followed by PH chest- really worked hard today. If I don't have DOMS I will be shocked. Then I did the cardio from C&W.

Roxie: I really like KCM- good workouts and very efficient. I have almost all of hers. I consider her high intermediate / low advanced. She's great. :)

Heather: Take care of that ankle- don't know what to suggest for cardio, though.

Chris: UGH on MIC but you go girl!

My BF is currently down in my workout room doing the original BC for the first time. Ha, can't wait to see what she thinks!

If you go to videofitness there are alot of reviews on this.

Patti - good job with adding on PH. I wish I would have done that for chest! I have lost a great deal of strength there since STS ended.

I did tonites scheduled workout and I missed my afternoon snack boss thought we needed to go buy scrubs to wear to work.

Stats:
48 min
27 in the zone
130 min hr
174 max hr
280 cals burned

I must be getting use to these because I can't get my hr up and burn the calories.

Hi girls:D

I'm just checking in with my workout for today.

Here's today's workout:

Maximum Intensity Cardio= 71 Minutes
Calories burned= 872
Ok, this was very intense!!! I got a little dizzy because I got so warm doing this, I had to stop to regain my equalibrium for a minute in a couple of places during the workout. This was the first time I did all of MIC, and let me tell ya that's a killer!!!

Perfect Abs- Bootcamp Challenge Abs= 8 minutes
calories burned= 66

Once again Cathe proves that she can kick my butt but good and just because its an older workout that doesn't mean that it doesn't pack quite a punch, it does!!!;)

Chris- yes, I'm right there withya on the doms today. GS workouts are no joke, that's for sure. I have GS Legs tomorrow, :). I like leg work, I know I'm crazy!!

Great job today ladies on all your workouts today!:);) Bravo and hi fives all around.:D

Hugs!:);)
