Hey all, have a quick moment with my guests here and had to stop by. I did S&H chest followed by PH chest- really worked hard today. If I don't have DOMS I will be shocked. Then I did the cardio from C&W.
Roxie: I really like KCM- good workouts and very efficient. I have almost all of hers. I consider her high intermediate / low advanced. She's great.
Heather: Take care of that ankle- don't know what to suggest for cardio, though.
Chris: UGH on MIC but you go girl!
My BF is currently down in my workout room doing the original BC for the first time. Ha, can't wait to see what she thinks!
