crazy for cathe(new)

Well, I can honestly say I am hooked to cathe. I bought "the step" about 2 months ago to start exercising at home (the classes at the gym are getting boring). I was going to buy one of cathe videos from collage just to "try" her out, but I was happy to find out when I bought my step it came with one of her videos. After one session with cathe I don't need to "try" anymore of her videos because I am completely hooked!!! Fastforward 1 month later I have bought the 27 bundle as well as BM2,DM and 1 more. I have been browsing this site for some time and I am excited to meet this "educated crowd"-Hello to everyone!!!
 
Hi there! I've just started using Cathe's step workouts (have been using her weights workouts a little longer) and I've already purchased quite a few now! I just mastered Basic Step today and it was great! Now I'm ready to tackle a new one...Aren't they great?!
 
Yes they are. I have been doing step aerobics since 1993, but never really got into the weight thing. After doing cathe videos with cardio and weights I have been noticing a change in my body(of course for the better). I am going to be 34 in a couple of weeks and I know that adding weights to my workout is not only beneficial to me but also good for the long run. I tried leaner legs for the first time today and already I can tell I am going to be sorry for the next couple days.

Sounds like you have a good collection to keep you busy for a while.
Don't forget to explore the premixes as well (that makes your exercise options even greater).
