No workout today I couldn't get up we went for Mexican with my co-workers and it didn't sit very well.

Debbie-no they don't pay moving expenses luckily we have enough family to help.
 
I did Body Beast - Build: Legs. Upped my weights a bit and really felt it. My legs are rubber!!!

Hi ladies!

Rest day for me today. I ordered the Fit Tower DVDs! I'll be glad to finally have some tougher workouts to use with the tower. Right now it's just collecting dust.

Sorry for not checking in yesterday. I did my workouts in the morning than DH and I took off shopping :)

Yesterday I did CIA Criss Cross Cardio w/Sherri Jacquelin = 60 min + JS 15 Min Cardio Blast and 15 min Standing abs.

Today I did S90 Cardio Challenge + Weight Watchers The Ultimate Dance Party TB Blast = 43 min (very fun workout!!) + JS Strong, Feet, Ankles = 15 min.

Looks like you all kicking some butt with your workouts. Keep it up!

Today I did Cathe Live Boxing with Leg Blasts and from JS on YouTube, Standing Abs Barre Workout and Standing Pilates for Flat Abs. Wow, that Live workout was intense and Cathe was showing no mercy! Someone asked for her to turn the fans on and she made everyone do plié jacks while she turned them on!

I did S90 Tabata Inferno + JS Walk off Belly Fat: Belly Blasting Strength Training. I also walked today.

Doreen - I agree with Diane Sue! I like S90 a lot better than P90. I had no idea they all on YT :( Could have come in handy the other day, my portable player acted up :( You should give them another try since they on YT :) you never know when they get deleted!

Today at lunch I found The Biggest Loser Power Walk with Bob Harper on YouTube. I have this DVD, I can't believe it's free on YouTube! Oh well, I did Walk 1. After work, I did Cathe Live Strong Upper Body with Core. Holy moly, that is a tough one!! Definitely going in the favorites column!
