CRACY, STRONG AND LOVING IT January 2016 - January 2020

Today I did Press Play. Only did 4 challenges, had to skip the last one because I ran out of time. Had a really excellent workout. Feel good today, knees and all!!!

Workout was 56 minutes, ran 3.55 miles, burned 361 calories and went 7340 steps.

Roxie - Dang girl, how did the plate fall off your barbell? Didn't you have it secured? I'm sorry to hear about your cheek, that has to hurt!!! Get better soon.

Great job with your workouts everyone!! Sorry I have no time for personals again. :(

Total calories burned = 1067:eek::cool::D

Today I did another full body workout. Had an awesome workout. This one is the same as last Wednesday only in superset form.

Warmup was GS Chest & Tri's.

2 sets/8 reps with 1 minute rest between each superset

Incline Barbell Press:

30's/25's (knees didn't like this)

EZ Barbell Curl:

Did SJ&P Abs and then walked on my treadmill for 1 miles. Woo hoo!!!

Roxie - Nice workout! Those reverse curls are killers, aren't they?? Sorry you got dizzy, that's not good.

Nora - Holy crap on your calorie burn!!!! You go girl! Nice job with your workouts!!!

Chris - Nice workout. It's nice here to, up in the 70's!! I'll take it. This has been one great winter.

Another nice day here.... I took Buddy for a walk for my cardio. That way I had time to get outside AND get a little cardio in. My poor old Buddy, he pooped out (he's 14!).

I did Stretch Max w/the Band when I got back.

Today I did Cardio Coach #5. Had a pretty good workout. I like this one, even with the 3 - 4 minute hills in Challenge 1.

Workout was 54 minutes, burned 350 calories (TM said 510), ran 3.33 miles and went 6848 steps.

Chris - I have two more weeks with the full body workout.

I did what Debbie did yesterday took me a total of 9 minutes perfect workout then I went for a walk at lunch since it was nice.

I just thought I'd share that Jessica Smith sent me a free dvd and a handwritten note of thanks for buying many of her workout dvds (from amazon). I was incredibly touched she did that so nice of her to do so. Another reason to buy her dvds she really is as sweet as she appears on all her workout dvds.

Today was full body, same workout as last Friday only in Superset form. This only took me about 25 minutes to do.

Roxie and Debbie - Thanks for your prayers, I really appreciate it. Monday DH and I will go with DD to the doc. Please, keep Aleisa in your prayers!

I was so stressed out yesterday, I forgot to mention my friend gave me her Jessica Smith Walk Strong 6 Week Transformation set :) She didn't like the set :( she knew I love her. I was like YEAH :) Of course, I couldn't wait to try the new set out :) That was before I got the news about DD :( I did D1. Cardio Party + Interval Mix.

Today I did Jessica Smith WS 360 Abs = 30 min + Lower Body Sculpt = 31 min. I really liked the LB Sculpt, she uses a chair instead off going down on your knees. My knees really thanked her for that one :) I also did XTrain Chest, Back & Shoulder Premix 11 Extreme (Rounds 1- 8) + (Rounds 1- 3) + Core #1…77.54. At the 47 min mark, you did Round 1 & 2 again. My shoulders are fried with all those circles.
