I saw the list of equipment but then some discussion regarding paper plates or gliding discs. What workout will this be for and are one of these required?
It sounds like the workouts will be around an hour. Would there be an option to do a little shorter version? My morning workout time is only 45 minutes unless I start getting up at 3:45am which sounds much worse than 4am.
