be done without a 14" step ? Could I still do the exercises using my original step at 8", until I got extra risers for it ?

I don't see why not. DH does the leg presses no my 10" step & says he feels it in his butt. He just can't bring himself to do the taller step, too girlie in his mind. LOL

I imagine that you just won't get the same results until you get those risers.

I measured it the other week, and it is too high off the ground (17 1/2 inches or thereabouts :) ). Although we do have a kiddies wooden table.......

Hi Anna-

If you aren't "feeling the burn" with the 8" step, try increasing your weight a bit. That may give you the extra challenge you need.
