Okay, am I the only one who finds this workout tough? Especially for a recovery week workout? Those plank to chathuranga (sp?) run things are insane.

Or maybe I'm just a wuss:p
 
Shelley ~ you are so NOT a wuss...those plank to chaturanga things are TOTALLY insane

I can't hang in for the whole time on those plank to chatarungas. I don't even bother going down into the chataranga. It really gets my heart rate up there!

Nope, it is tough!! I remember about falling on my face the first time I did the plank/ chatarangas!!! It's definitely gotten easier this 2nd round for me though, thanks to YogaX (those constant downward dogs help!).
 
I agree - one of the tougher workouts and one of my favorites in the the P90X! Something that you could add into any rotation and it would be beneficial!

Don't even get me started on the chatarangas! I sound like a pig when I do them!
 
Yes, Shelley, Core Syn is one tough workout. The plank to chaturanga runs are the hardest for me too. Even after completing the rotation and doing it a couple of times since then, I still can't do them for as long as Tony & kids.:(

Yep, it's tough! But you're still getting 'recovery from heavy lifting' (and those dastardly 'plank-to-chaturanga' moves help so much with push-ups!
 
I just ordered this off of EBAY and I am waiting for it to arrive in the mail. Not sure if I look forward to doing it now after reading all these posts !!!!!! I am sure it will be 'fun' !!
