I just bought some yoga bricks tonight so I'm going to try doing them with those!!! Will it make the exercise a bit easier to do - or just easier on your hands and wrists?
I think it does make it a bit easier for me; I have a long torso, so it was hard for me to get enough height with my hands on the floor. The bricks let me get higher up so I can concentrate on tightening my core rather than somehow growing my arms longer!
