I just tried CM #3 tonight.  I couldn't believe how tired my legs were during this workout.  I had to keep pausing the DVD before the stability ball work.  I guess the more I do this the better that I will do, but I really couldn't believe the fatigue in my legs x( .  I guess I have alot of work to do.
