I used to work out in a gym with "machines". To make it short, I stopped going. Many different reasons. Luckily I stumbled across this web sight and through all your threads I have learned a lot. I have PH and S&H which I love both. I do not have any of Cathe's cardio tapes yet. I would love to try Cario Kicks but the qustion or I guess the problem I am running into is that I get so frustrated at myself because my coordination seems to go out the window when I do cardio tapes. Tapes I have purchased that I can do physically I am so frustrated at myself by the end because I even mess up on the simple things. I go in the wrong direction, or use the wrong leg or do the wrong exercise. Has anyone else experienced this? I know the routines by now but still mess up. I am so use to treadmils, steppers and rowers where it is the same repetitive motion. Is there any hope?
