Hi Coolers,
I had a nice relaxing day. Got to sleep in this morning, then did Disk 1 of STS. I enjoyed doing it without having to look at the clock. Lots of equipment laying around. I did have to pause the DVD a number of times, but who cares? Lots of pushups, which I did mostly on my knees, but with good form. I enjoyed that you only do one set for each exercise. Think I will do one of the ab workouts tomorrow. I'm hoping to get a bike ride in during the morning. I finished cutting out all of the pieces for the quilt. Wednesday night will be sewing night. There are a TON of pieces to sew. Hope I didn't bite off too much. Also got some housework in so overall a nice day.
Patricia, so sorry that you've got a cold. I feel like I've been more sick lately myself. Shoot, I went 2 years without a cold at all just a couple years ago. This one I've got right now isn't a bad one, no sore throat with it and no cough, which I'm thankful about. Just drainage in my head. That sounds great about the condo. Hope your cold is all gone by then. Just keep resting. STS will be waiting for you. I'll be curious about the results you get from CLX. It sounds interesting to me.
Kim, did you start STS today? I enjoyed the music in this, even did the extended stretch, which felt good. I hear the #3 Leg workout is hard, but someone else said I'd enjoy it, though leg workouts aren't my favorite. I do like variety in leg workout, like in Butts and Guts.
Must go, not sure what's on the schedule for tomorrow, besides cycling. Will be off work on Thursday (Lincoln's Birthday), then furlough day on Friday, off Sat & Sun, then President's Day on Monday, so 5 days in a row off! Hope the weather warms up so I can enjoy the outdoors.
