Good Morning Girls.

Well, whatever was bothering me y'day was totally gone by the afternoon and I got through the night just fine but for about the last 15 minutes I've been feeling pretty nastified. Not sure what that's all about. I may have to go lay down again....:confused: :(

Still not sure what I want to do for my next rotation. A part of me wants to go back to SS for a while or some other endurance lifting routine. It was working for me and I think it could be a good follow up to Insanity since the primary focus will be weights instead of crazy-azz cardio! lol I know I said I wanted to do a heavy lifting routine but I'm just not feeling it at the moment so I'm not going to force it. I will play my cardio options by ear and just go with what I'm feelin' that day. I would LOVE to start TODAY but if this "feeling" doesn't pass, I am afraid I won't be doing ANYTHING AT ALL! :rolleyes: Luckily my eating/appetite were light y'day so the scale was nice to me this morning despite not working out y'day. I also didn't do nearly as bad weight wise after AC as I thought I would! My last trip had far worse reprocussions then this one! *happy dance*

Okay, I'm babbling now.....I'm gonna go lay down until it's time to get Joey ready for school. I am hoping to feel better and be able to work out once I drop him off.....

Good Morning!

Ugh...can't believe I am just getting here and my coffee is almost gone.Although i am the 2nd person here:p. I took the computer to bed with me last night hoping to check in and DS woke up before I got to do that. I lay down with him and went to sleep, it was past 11 anyway. I think I slept the wrong way though, my neck hurts.

Anyway...a workout didn't look to promising last night. I didn't get to do anything all day and then last night I thought I was gonna have to lie down with DS. DH knew I was mad so he told me to go workout, it was almost 9 at this point. I was so fuming that I wanted to workout anyway. Now I know why I was so pissy yesterday....TTOM has arrived! I knew it was coming b/c I felt bloated on sat and sun. So I got a 6 mile run in and abs last night. I was hoping to do weights but it was 10 at this point so I am going to do weights very soon.

Wendy** Do you think maybe you were going through booze withdrawl:eek: Happened to a friend of a friend of mine:D Glad to hear you are feeling better though!

Laura** Ugh...sounds like you had a awful weekend. I use to get migranes when i was a little girl and they were awful! Haven't had one in year...knock on wood! And what do you mean these kids peed on the floor? Were there leaking diapers or did they actually pull out their dicky birds and pee everywhere?:rolleyes: I think I would have gave them the mop...dirty buggers!

Jacque** How are you feeling today? Hope that pain goes away....not nice at all!

Diana** I don't really like running in the dark either but it was that or nothing. I use to run at night all the time. Some of the st lights weren't lit up and it was kinda hard to see in some spots...other then that it was pretty good though.

Jen** Tut-tut...no workout for you either? Whats up with you gals;) Glad to hear you enjoyed your lazy Sunday!!

I think thats it! I am going to tidy my house a bit, getting something to eat and start my workout...I have no clue what I am doing today. I am leaning towards 4 DS full body.

Good Morning Peeps !

Just felt the need for that one :p. Woke up a while ago with the hand pains again. This is getting old really fast ! :mad: Have PT this AM and a busy day at work - then "entertainment coordinator" for our Sales Meeting Dinner tonight. Long day but I *heart* my sales guys and the branch managers. It is always a fun night out. Then tomorrow is running around feeding them for lunch during their Sales Meeting. That one is crazay driving all around for the entire morning. Ah Well, ya gotta do what ya gotta do. I am good at all the 'little' things like bowls of candy at the tables for munching on. Once I did that it is now a tradition. Boy what you can impress someone with? :rolleyes:

Anyway - finished up some highly discounted shopping after work last night. 30% off at Kohls - DH got a new pair of shoes and I got pillows to go with my new bedspread and a few tops to go with a pair of brown pants I bought. Don't typically wear brown so needed something. Good trip but left me no workout last night since I couldn't have started until 7 and DH has wanting to eat early lately. :eek: Yep, cracks me up but it works for me. The scale was nice to me y'day as I was .5 less after dinner than in the AM? I'll take it but would like a little more too ! :p Got the workout room put back together last night so will hit the TM when DH gets up before my PT. Am going to try to get outta work early so I can workout before the dinner. That will be pretty early, but I think I can do it.

Wendy - hope a little nap helps the uckies go away for you. I am proud of you for not working out when you don't feel good. You have made some great strides in not worrying about it! I do think your scale has helped - nice to know it when you have figured out how to make it all work for you.

Lori - boy do I wish I had the energy to workout at night. It would be so cool. May try that one of these days but how long between dinner and workout do you wait? I can't imagine running anytime soon after eating? Could probably do weights though . . . :confused: hmmmmmmm. So for the 4DS FB do you just do the premixes from both DVD's? That sounds interesting. . .

Laura - do hope your head is better today and the customers coming in to your store are a little more respectful too! The nerve of some people !

Diana - bummer that your Avs took so long to get it going. I hate it when there are so many goals close together - really hard to dig in mentally when that happens. I think they are just under us in the Division though so that is good. If it keeps up they'll make the playoffs. We are just done with about 1/4 of the season so have a ways to go though. How are your workouts going these days. Did you see STS Cardio is supposed to be to us by Xmas? I am thinking the STS rotation will begin in Jan for me ! Will finish up my 4DS rotation and then probably do one with GS & Pyramids for December.

Off to straighten my hair since I washed it last night and then TM it is ! I just need to run for my mental health right now. See y'all tomorrow.

I did MIC this morning. It's kind of fun to do these month 2 workouts without an official rotation hanging over your head. Seems to have taken the pressure off.

Wendy: Can't believe no one else has said it yet, but are you pregnant maybe?? Hope you feel better fast.

Lori: I worked out yesterday, missy :p I just rested on Sunday. Hey, I'm allowed!

Jacque: Hope you manage to have fun during your crazy day today!

Laura: Max Intensity Sports Trainig is part of the deluxe set, and it's organized into drills focused on different sports. He does boxing, football, basketball, gymnastics, and track. It's tough but FUN!

Diana: What's on the agenda today?

Sorry to be brief, prepping for more meetings on Friday :rolleyes: but should have some time this afternoon. Will be back then~

Back to report a very nice run on the TM - 3 miles in just under 30 min which is great for me ! Testimony to Shaun T. - my endurance is well improved and I haven't even run for probably 4 months. Did 5 min @ 7 and kept a 6.5 pace pretty much the rest of the run. Usually I'm @ 6. And I didn't even start sweating for 10 min. Made me worry but then I figured it was conditioning - and I have hardly worked out for weeks.

WOW - KUDOS Shaun !

Jen - I have yet to do a Shaun w/o since I stopped the rotation, but am hoping to squeeze in one or two per week when I get back on track. ITA no pressure when not following a rotation is great. Hope your day goes well also.

Ah Wendy - I didn't even think of that ! ! ! :eek:

Hey ...

I am on the cash counter today .. UGH .. headache is better though .. my eye doesnt feel like it is going to explode anymore .. LOL .. SIL taught my 4 step class last night .. so I am gonna attemp my plyo class tonight :eek: maybe the head will not come back .. SIL says she is sore .. she used heavy weight and did UB and LB and Core circuits .. LOL .. bet my class is hurting if she is hurting :p

Wendy .. hope you can shake whatever bug is trying to catch you .. down you some airborne maybe that will hellp .. I had a bug about a month ago that acted like that .. it was trying it;s best to get me down .. but luckily I WON! ;)

Lori .. I am not sure how those kids peed on the floor .. they were running around like crazy .. I am taking it they didnt have on diapers at all .. my desk is around the corner from the lobby .. my manager came around the corner and was pitching a fit .. it was a LOT of pee . and all over the place.. :confused: .. and the parents said nothing .. I just dont get it .. poor boss looked at me and said "is mopping up pee in your contract" .. to which I just laughed and said MOST CERTAINLY NOT .. LOL .. poor boss had to mop it up *eeeewwwwww*

Jacque .. it is a bit better today .. but I did just wait on a STINKY .. I will spare you the description of the exact smell (think nasty HO house and no bath) .. but I had to hold my breath and not speak or swallow .. NNAAAASTTTTTTYYYYYYYYY .. think I used 1/2 bottle of lysol spray after he left

Jen .. the sports conditioning sounds fun .. hey talk is he is going to do some one on one training DVDs are you gonna get those too?? ((sorrry I know I just enabled big time)

Di.. hoping your class went well yesterday .. and hope the snow isnt bad .. it is RAINING here .. dreary .. wet .. nasty .. and colder .. YUCK .. wish I was back in bed!!!

Hi ladies,

I have to get back on track, getting up earlier and not getting on the computer until later in the day. I have a lot of early meetings coming up and its time for be to get back to that schedule.

My legs aren't as sore today as I expected. After LL & abs yesterday morning, bootcamp was full of torturous leg, glute and ab work last night. This morning I did GS C&T and may even do GS BSB and cardio tomorrow. I'm working from home tomorrow so there is more flexibility in my schedule.

Wendy-hope you're not coming down with something, unless of course its going to be for nine months;). I'm really enjoying the weights, but have to admit I considered doing MIP this morning. That may be my cardio for tomorrow.

Lori-I'm not sure how you manage to workout so late either. I tried taking the later bootcamp class before-its from 8-9pm and didn't workout for me. I don't get off til 6 so by the time I get home, I simply change clothes, grab my water bottle and go. It leaves me time for laundry, homework review etc.

Jacque-I hope the PT sessions help with the numbness, tingling and pain. I did see the shock cardio post! Count me in for starting another STS rotation in January. Not sure what date I will be able to start though. Probably won't be back from portland until Jan 6th. Nice job on your run!

Laura-Obviously you are too familiar with folks in collections! I feel bad for them, but not sure if I would feel the same way if I had to see them every day. Fortunately you're not on the counter all the time.

Jen-I find myself actually missing Shaun. I might even give the Interval Sports a try instead of MIP tomorrow. You can expect my feedback for sure. Did you see my post about my GWF band coming apart? Actually, its the round velcro piece that isn't sticking where it should. Hopefully I can get some glue to fix it soon, otherwise I will have to order a new one.:mad: I feel naked without it!~
