Hi Girls
Back to report the remaining part of my workout
. The baby and I went for a run...it's so muggy out. I just took my time but I was sweating like you wouldn't believe. I only did 8.5k. I also did HR abs this morning, forgot to mention that. It's almost 5 here now and the baby is sleepy, it might be hard keeping him up for the next 2 hours
Wendy** well that's crappy but your probably better off sticking to your normal plan. Plus there will be studying involved so that's what you will probably be doing in your spare time. I don't know how long I was working out for

. DH and I have a competition to see who can get in the best shape and I'll be *amned if I'm gonns let him beat me!
Diana** I guess your body needed the rest. I use to have to wake up soooo early in order to get my workout in before work. And I probably use to waste 45 mins on here while drinking coffee but I had to drink my coffee! My chest always hurts after GS. The girl I am training did ww's a few times but she never gave the 29 points a true effort. You know to me it's pretty black and white. You move more and eat less. I know it takes some longer then others but to not lose any In a week of eating good? I don't get it. Makes me wonder if they are telling me the truth.
