You guys don't realize how you all on this forum have been so inspirational to me. I have learned so much here and the number one thing is, the overall attitude on this forum which I know comes from Cathe herself. "You will know a tree by its fruit" is true about this place!
I am having so much fun now, with my first step class coming up, see Open Discussion, I have a post there!
Rhonda, about a rotation, I e-mailed you too, but I'll write it here. I only owned Power Hour and Pure Strength at first. I just did either one or the other each week. Sometimes it took more than a week to get through all 3 of the Pure Strength.
I also did 2 to 4 cardios, which included anything from a walk, to IMax, to Christi Taylor's Hi-Lo Heaven. Soon I got more Cathe tapes and CTX became a real favorite.
I try to vary my routines and continue to look at the big picture, and try not to do all at once.
