Congrats Cathe .. a few questions for the new series

I'm very happy that you have been able to fulfull a lifelong dream. That is terrific. I'm also thrilled that you have great plans for us}( (insert evil laugh.) I just have a few questions ...

1) Do you know what kind of music you will be using? Will if be your usual BodyBlast type music .. or more the Step Company type budget?

2) Will there be more than one workout per DVD? and if so, will there be bonus premixes?

3) Will there be premixes at all, whether one workout per DVD or multiple workouts per DVD?

I know it's hard to please everyone, but I hope it's like the Body Blast series.

I'm hoping it's the former! Music really motivates me to work out, and the "muzak" in Low Impact Step has made me avoid the workout (though it look like a great routine!).
 
Yes, absolutely, avopid the muzak. There's nothing worse. And your workouts can be as incredible as possible, but if the music is not motivating, I simply will never do them.

No-one can get through Drill Max or Body Max 2 without motivating music.

So, Body Blast type music please!!! It is your best.

Also hping you continue with the pre-mixes! They are great and really make your workouts stand out even more due to the versatility the pre-mixes give the workouts.

Since you are marketing to a broader audience now, will some of the background exercisers be showing modifications? You could still target the advanced exerciser but not scare off someone transitioning to the advanced workout that might not know how to modify on their own.
