Confused about STS

Hi All,

Is EACH phase of STS a 3 month series or is the WHOLE STS program (Meso 1, 2 & 3) designed to take 3 months to get through? I was thinking one phase (such as Meso 2) was a 3 month program but after reading about it I don't know now.

I would appreciate y'all clearing it up for me. Thanks

It's 3 1/2 months altogether for the basic unembellished STS program. 4 weeks for Meso 1, followed by 1 week of active recovery, followed by 4 weeks for Meso 2, followed by 1 week of active recovery, followed by 4 weeks for Meso 3. Each mesocycle has 12 disks, for 3 workouts per week.

I was hoping I could buy one phase every few months, but guess I'll have to go for it and invest in the whole thing. From what I've heard it's worth it. So, each workout is done only once in the 3.5 months, no repeating?

Correct, when doing the 3.5 month rotation, you will never repeat a workout, I love that about STS. If you choose the longer rotation, you repeat each week before moving on to the next.

Yup, it's in the Workout Manager. Click on Download A (Cathe) Rotation and the various STS rotations are all listed there.

Awesome....thanks! I'll check it out. I've only looked in the WM once and got overwhelmed so I'll investigate it some more.
