Week 1 of 30 day Cardio&Strength
week 1&2 of 90 Day XTrain+Low Impact
Week 2 of 30 Day Cardio&Strength
Week 1&2 of March 2013 rotation
Week 3 of 30 Day Cardio&Strength.
I will do something similar with all her other rotations.
for cardio in the 30 day cardio and strength I do Slide&Glide+100reo scarecrow,Insanity+tri challenge,Cardio Leg Blast,Insanity+rear delts,Hardstrikes+ bi challenge,and Afterburn/css or insanity.I do weights first because I am too worn out after cardio.
