Hello
My boys and I moved into our rental house last weekend and the timing was perfect since this is my active recovery week with STS. The house is quite a bit smaller than our old house so I've had to improvise a bit on my home gym space. It is in the garage. Since my truck is too big to park in a garage I am using the garage for storage and working out. I've got a great space all carved out and my television and DVD player is all set up -- now I'm just concerned about the concrete.
I am sure that is not a good thing for me to work out on and I'm wondering what suggestions you might have to use on top of the concrete. And with the suggestions if you could point me in the direction of purchasing said flooring that would be great too
Thanks!
Travis
