I thought STS was going to be a set devoted to pure weight training and strength moves (like pull-ups), but after seeing the blog yesterday I was concerned. I already ordered mine by mail and when I saw plyo moves I was a bit disappointed. I have degenerative disc disease (DDD) and I haven't done any high impact moves since last year. I'm not sure if you're going to show modifications for these exercises and if I skip them I'm worried I won't get decent results. I know I'm not alone since I already saw another post about this issue. I hope that you have something planned for us that just can't do high impact (maybe a premix without the plyo moves?)
