Complicated: need feedback on putting together some very specific premixes

Not sure where to post this, so I will put it on a couple of threads:

Hi! Coming back from the flu, I’ve only had time to do a few of the new XTrains (All-Out HiiTs, Cardio Leg Blast, Legs and SuperCuts) and looking forward to doing the rest. I’ve been really enjoying them. However, my wife, even though she likes them (and has done more of them than I have at this point), said that only Cardio Leg Blast seems like a really tough, rounded workout. She wants to be a big sweaty mess when she’s done, or feels like she hasn’t really worked out. She prefers not doing just one or two body parts in one workout, but something that targets the whole body. Some of the workouts that she loves are: HiiTs 40/20, Butts and Guts, To The Max, Intensity and High Reps. In each of those, there are moments when she has to push for the last few reps on some of the exercises. That's what she's looking for. Besides incorporating the Core 1 or Core 2 Bonuses from the new XTrain series, what premixes can I put together with the XTrains in order to make them more “well-rounded” and roughly an hour long? I’m happy to use the Workout Blender in order to give her the workouts she wants. She’s a heck of a lot tougher than I am, for sure!

Hi Annie

I just put together a combination of super cuts and tabatacize in the workout blender. I included the first 10 exercises of super cuts then all of tabata one. Then the next 10 of super cuts then tabata 3. Then another 10 of super cuts and tabata 4. Then the evil sit up push combination before cool down. I did repeat some exercises . I will use weighted gloves and heavier weight in super cuts . The total time was just over an hour. I'm going to try it tomorrow :). You can also combine disk one disk two and the weight part of cardio leg and create a total body workout. You would have to pick and choose from each to make an hour long or so video. This is the first time I bought the downloads so I'm really looking forward to creating some great combinations :) Have fun!!
 
Let me know how it goes, okay, snyderca? She wasn't all that crazy about the Tabata workout, but maybe paired with others, she'll really get into it. I look forward to hearing how it worked out for you.
 
Hi Annie. So I tried my new combination. I really liked it and it went by very fast. I am personally a big fan of workouts like super cuts because I really like exercises that work multiple areas with tons of compound moves. If something like that is still not intense enough maybe look to combine some of the cardio workouts in xtrain with crossfire or to the max!! Chris
