Competition Girls--? for you, please?

I'm new here(7 wks) and I'm so impressed by the fitness levels of everyone!
Do those of you who do competitions just use Cathe workouts or do you add intensive weight training to them?

I too would love to see what other competitors here are using for their training!

In the meantime, Check out fitnessfreak's rotations, they will get you in competition shape !


Also do a search for Amy (competitionbound) (in this rotations section) she did a rotation using Cathes a while back for her contest and looked phenomenal!
 
Thanks delphene! I have printed a couple of fitnessfreaks rotations--they are very intense! I think it's pretty cool that they can achieve competition level with Cathe's workouts. :)
