So, Cathe reminds me of a balding Portugese chef..time to get my eyeglass script change...nope, that's not what I mean...
A question I get asked alot here at home is how come I don't take fitness classes closer to where I live, why make the hour drive to Cathe's??
It's simple, really...I tell them, if you were a chef, and Emeril LaGasse was holding live cooking classes an hour from your home, tell me you wouldn't make the drive.
Point is...(obviously) I can get a good workout in my hometown or I can work out with the leader of the pack only an hour way, and get an awesome, butt-kicking workout that leaved me sore, yet smiling!!
Oh, sure, gas prices may be high, but I never had a problem justifying spending $50 or more to go watch football and get drunk every Sunday a few years back..at least the money is going to a healthier cause!
