Today I did SBFLower Body Barre 3 = 37 min plus Pilates foot massage. I also took a walk outside.

Debbie - great job on GS Chest & Tricpes. I hope your OBY/GYN appointment went well.I need a hair appointment. Yes, the same instructor is teaching the beginner (which breaks down the steps)+ intern/advanced classes (you really working it).

Today was a walk outside. We are going to dinner tonight.

Belinda - Great job with SBF lower body barre & Pilates foot massage. It was a nice day for a walk. The appointment went well. My Dr. retired and I really like the new Dr. they gave me. She is very thorough and caring.

Cookie - Any plans for the weekend?

Hi,

Took DS to the airport today. Wished he stayed longer. We are planning a trip to visit him and DIL soon.

Today I did SBF Upper Core = 30 plus outside walk. Tomorrow is my last SBF stretch workout. I have no clue what I will do next week? Dh and I are going to a celebration of life for his cousins husband.

Debbie - how are you feeling? Glad your appointment went well and you like your new doctor. Great job on your walk. I hope you enjoyed your dinner last night.

Hi,

Today was a long walk outside. It was really nice out. My cold is still here just making me very tired. Unfortunately at dinner I felt very stuffed up but luckily we were done quickly.

Belinda - Great job with SBF Upper core & walk outside. It must be hard to say goodbye to DS. The good thing is you will be visiting him soon. Will you take the RV for the visit? Is the Celebration of Life for DH's cousin close by?

Cookie - I hope all is well with you and DH. I remember you saying you will be leaving for Europe soon.

Debbie - sorry you still have a cold. I hope you feel better soon. Great job on your walk outside. DH and I plan on walking later, if it stops raining. Yeah, it’s very hard to say goodbye to DS. We will take the RV to visit. The Celebration of life for DH’s cousin is in Ohio.

Today was a total body at the gym. I did a short workout, just wasn't feeling up for more. It was cool and rainy here.

Belinda - Great job with SBF D28 & stretch. The sun did come out here but later in the day. Will you spend a couple of days in Ohio?
