'Evening! Another walking day yesterday and today was yoga. These work trips wear me out! Guess I truly am an introvert, since I need to recharge after all that interacting.

Deb, hope things went with with your dr's appt and that today's meeting went well. You sure have a lot going on. What does your grandson like to do at the park?

Belinda, hoping Sadie's doing better and eating today. A colleague mentioned she believes Farmer's Choice has kept her older dog around and healthy. One of ours was groomed today, and she found two dead ticks on him already. Thank goodness he had already been treated so they were dead.

Today was zoom yoga. It was really nice out today. I am getting a cold, hoping it's not around for long Our meeting went well.

Belinda - I hope your test went well. I'm sure you are exhausted.

Cookie - You had beautiful weather in the city. I'm sure your work trips are a lot, hopefully yoga helped. My Grandson likes to chase the birds. A little bit on the swings. They have trees on a path, which people donate for deceased love one's. There are plaques underneath each tree and little knicknacks & faux flowers family members leave. It is very enticing for him to inspect
