Hi,

Today was a walk outside & yoga. It felt good to stretch. I didn't sleep well last night so hopefully tonight will be better.

Belinda - Hopefully the meds kick in and maybe the new one will help it. You had a long day. Hopefully after a good night's sleep you feel rested in the morning.

Cookie - How is the fall foliage by you? Seems like everything is drying up here, not too much color.

I did CL# 563 In and out lower body. I also did Pilates Gentle Seated Hips and Legs.

Debbie - good job on your walk and yoga. I hear you on stretching. I hope you got a good night sleep. I am not ready to go back to infusions. We plan on visiting Germany with our kids. I fell asleep last night at 8 pm, lol.

Sorry, guess I didn't hit post yesterday. It was a walk and today was Essentrics. Had a big family get together yesterday. It was good to see so many that I hadn't seen in months.

Deb, there's a lot more brown her than yellow, red, orange, or gold. Today was the first day our yard guy has come in a couple of weeks b/c nothings been growing. I also didn't sleep well last night. Hope we both get a good sleep.

Belinda, sorry, I know that's not the news you wanted, especially since you don't care for the infusions. When are you planning to go on the Germany tripping?
 
Hi,

Today was zoom yoga. This afternoon Riley was eating grass & threw up. She went to go down steps to see the plumber who was doing some work, and I heard a big thump. I'm guessing she fell down the steps. After that it was as if she couldn't see and was walking into things. We decided to take her to an emergency vet. They said there was bleeding behind one of the eyes and that was why she couldn't see. They gave her painkillers, meds & eye drops. They were so nice at the hospital. By late this evening we have seen much improvement, her eye isn't red and she can see better just really tired. Boy was it scary.

Belinda - Great job with CL# 563 lb & Pilates. It's great you will be visiting Germany. Will you be going when they have the Christmas markets?

Cookie - Great job with walk & essentrics. It's nice to see family you haven't seen in awhile. I slept better, hope you do to.

Debbie - nice job on your zoom yoga. Poor Riley. Glad he is doing better. Yes, I will be visiting the Christmas market in Nuernberg.

Cookie - great job on your walk and Essentic. We plan on flying the Ned of Nov to the middle of Dec. Still working on a fright.

'Evening! Only a short walk today. Too much work!

Deb, oh no, that's so scary! Hope Riley continues to get better. My dogs have often eaten grass. I've heard that it is something going in their systems that they eat the grass to make them feel better. Not sure if that's true or not, but it made a mess when it came up!

Belinda, how exciting, and what a great time to go to Germany. Did you say your whole family was going with you?

Today was a walk outside. Riley is getting better still very tired. I'm sure going to a vet must be scary.

Belinda - Great job with walk & abs. It's great you will be seeing your family and I'm sure going to your favorite places.

Cookie - Ugh, on too much work. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I heard the same thing about eating grass. They gave her something for her stomach so that helped.

I am still here. Yesterday was walk outside. Today was a walk outside plus Pilates on the foam roller. I really liked the foam roller exercises.

Debbie - DS and DIL visit Nuernberg last year, she loved it. This time DD is bringing her fiancée. I hope he likes it too. We will go during the famous Christmas market in Nuernberg. . I have not been to one since we moved to the US. DH and I plan on staying a little longer, so we can spend more time with my family in Germany. Poor Riley. I hope the visit didn’t stress him out too much.

Diane - we spend 4 hours on the phone with the airlines. We will leave next month.We all going this time. DS & DIL, DD and her fiance. DIL went last year she loved it so much she wanted to visit again. Every year instead of giving gifts, we decided each year we will go on a vacation together. We had so much fun last year in Fl.

Today was a walk outside. Last night we had pizza and beer. It was really good made with hibiscus it was from a brewery so not sure if they will always have or make it.

Riley was having a bad day today. She is happy but still having vision problems. I am very nervous because we leave for FL on Tuesday. My older ds will be watching the dog.

Belinda - Great job with your walk & Pilates foam roller sounds like a good workout. Going to Germany sounds like an amazing Christmas gift for all of you. You will make so many memories. I saw on fb your DD got engaged but wasn't sure if I should say anything. Congratulations!!!! So exciting:)

Cookie - It looks like another beautiful weekend. It must be great for you to be able to enjoy the lake in October.

Hi,

Today I did a live Pilates full body with the bands. Afterwards she did a live new member orientation. Really enjoyed taking to another new member and the instructor. Got a lot of good advice from her. I do like her Pilates. I think I will give her a try for a year. My abs going to be in tip top shape, lol.

Debbie - great job on your walk. The beer sounds interesting. Poor Riley I hope she feels better soon. I am sure she will be fine with your DS. The foam roller was very interesting. She did exercises I have never seen on the roller. Yes, we will make lots of memories when going to Germany. Thank you!! Aleisa got engaged, we are all happy for her.You can say something if you want.I will tell her.

'Evening! Sorry, it has been super busy. Visitors and us visiting kids, it's been nonstop. Tomorrow I have to work. Actually have a meeting that not scheduled to end to 8:30! Then we have to pack, b/c on Tuesday we're off to Mexico City for 10 days.

Deb, poor Riley! I hope she feels better soon. When is she scheduled to go back to the vet? I can totally relate to be worried about her when you're not there. Hibiscus beer sounds interesting. I've never heard of it. I do love it in tea, though.

Belinda, congratulations! That's so exciting! Is there a date set for the wedding. Love the idea of a family vacation together as a gift.

Today was a walk outside. It was a rough day with Riley but we are learning ways to help her.

Belinda - It sounds like the Pilates is really working out for you. It does sound interesting. Please tell Aleisa that I wish her the best & congratulations. I am so happy for her!

Cookie - Have fun in Mexico City. My Dad's wife is from there as well, she loves to visit her family. We will be leaving the same day:)
