Commit to get Fit & Lean January 2016 - 2026

Hi,

I did CL # 555 Upper Body Pump and Burn. Great workout. She did a lot of upper body with the band, they burned. My laser surgery is scheduled for August 8 at noon.

The vet didn’t felt comfortable vaccinating Sadie today. Sadie threw up this morning. The vet ran a bunch of blood tests and gave her meds for her stomach. Sadie is on a bland chicken and rice diet for the next 3 day’s. I am sure she doesn’t mind eating cooked chicken.

Debbie - thank you. I am so proud of my DD. We are going to a campground, they have a lake and lots of walking trails. The humidity dropped here too. It’s been raining since yesterday.

Cookie - have a great workout today.

'Evening! Did Cardio Kick, an oldie but goodie. No jumping over here, though! Also, got in a short walk. This is a big invasion weekend with two toddlers, one 6-month old, 7-year old and adults. Lots of steps moving things, hopefully, out of the way of the little ones. I'm going to need a nap when they leave!

Deb, do you think you need to get checked out by a dr? Hope you're doing better. Are you able to rest up this weekend?

Belinda, oh no, what happened with Sadie? Bet she's loving the chicken. Surgery in a week. How are you feeling about it?

Debbie - great job on your walk and lower body. Sorry you are not feeling well. Feel better soon. Please see a doctor. Thank you on DD accomplishment. I am so proud of her.

Cookie - great job on Cardio Kicks and no jumping. Have fun with your invasion this weekend :) Sounds like fun. I don’t know what is wrong with Sadie? She threw up again today. Yes, she picks out the chicken and leaves the rice, lol. I am fine with the surgery next week. The surgery is going to be short.

Hi,

Today was a walk. I slept a lot yesterday, I finally feel better today and my fever broke (it was low grade). I am tired of chicken soup LOL.

Belinda - I hope Sadie feels better. I'm surprised she doesn't like the rice too. The campground by the lake sounds like fun. Great job with CL #555 UB pump & burn & dance.

Cookie - You will be getting a workout with the toddlers visiting. Have fun! I didn't visit the Dr. since the fever was low, rest has been helping.

No workout to report. I was busy doing laundry, cleaning the house and filling up the RV.

Debbie - glad you feel better and your fever broke. LOL, about the chicken soup. Great job on your walk. Sadie is doing better today. She kept all her food down. No, she doesn’t like rice. I did poured the broth from the cooked chicken over the rice and chicken (chicken soup, lol) she liked that.

Cookie - have fun with the toddlers visiting.

Today was a walk outside. I also went to the Farmer's Market. I must have been hungry bought so many vegetables.

Belinda - Safe travels tomorrow, should be a nice time! Happy to hear Sadie is feeling better.

'Evening! We survived, and so did the house! It was fun, but dh and I were happy to put things back in order. We have sort of system that seems to be working. No workouts this weekend, but did get in a tb weight one today.

Deb, so happy to hear you're feeling better. It's miserable to be under the weather like you were. What did you get at the farmer's market?

Belinda, have lots of fun camping. Thankful Miss Sadie is doing better. Smart dog wanting the chicken without the rice!
 
Evening,

No workout. I am having back problems. My back hurts, neck is killing me, tingling down my right arm. I think I pinched a nerve. I am not going to workout today. Give my body some rest. Hopefully whatever this is works it self out soon.

We made to the RV park. It’s very pretty here. The lake is beautiful. Lots of water sports.We are all set up. Went grocery shopping, filled up the refrigerator in the RV. Glad I have a full size refrigerator.

Debbie - good job on your walk. LOL, on all those vegetables. They are good for you. Sadie’s blood tests came back negative. So happy she is ok.

Cookie - thank you! Sadie is eating and keeping it down. No chicken or rice, she at her normal dog food. She loves chicken, lol. Glad all went well. We also have a system that seems to work.

Today was a walk outside in the evening. The baby is starting to crawl but it is army style. He does get around.

Belinda - Good idea to take a rest day, hopefully it works it's way out. You sounded very busy today traveling and getting everything set-up. You should have lots of fun at the RV park. Good news about Sadie.

Cookie - Great getting in a TB workout. It's great you & DH have a system, otherwise it would be so overwhelming. I guess what I bought too much of was tomato & eggplants. I have to come up with some ideas. I made tomato, eggplant & onions (like a ragu) so far.

Today we walked around the lake. It wasn’t too bad outside. Sadie is very tired.

Debbie - how are you feeling? DD and her BF both got covid :( Army style crawling is good, lol.The RV park is very nice. Lots of water sports. We may rent a pontoon boat for a day. Your tomato & eggplants sounds so good.

'Evening! Essentrics today. The air quality is bad, so no walking.

Deb, how are you feeling? So, the little guy is on the move! It goes so quickly. Have you started baby proofing? That ragu sounds really good.

Belinda, hope you do take it easy. No sense pushing it when you're not up to par. Walking around the lake and enjoying the scenery sounds lovely. Glad Sadie is doing well.

Today was a walk outside in the evening & Cathe ICE chiseled upper body. I had a Dr.'s appointment and ran a bunch of errands.

Belinda - It must be fun walking around the lake and getting in your workout. Renting a pontoon boat sounds like fun. I hope your DD and BF feel better soon. I was going to test for Covid but the test I had was expired so I didn't.

Cookie - Great job with essentrics. I saw the air quality was bad especially in certain areas. It wasn't too bad here. I am feeling better. We are still watching the baby at their house, so haven't baby proofed yet.

Deb, babysitting the little guy at their house must make it easier for everyone. I'm amazed at how much stuff littles ones need. Are you feeling recovered?

Belinda, glad dh is keeping an eye on you, but he probably should needs to keep both on you! The boat sounds like fun, and I'll bet walking around the lake was beautiful and relaxing.

Today we went to the beach for the day. It was a nice day and the weather was good. We took a short walk this evening. I sure am tired.

Belinda - It must be nice the temps are cooler for you during your vacation. We are expecting another heat wave next week:(

Cookie - Great job with TB circuit and essentrics. I like the same thing about book club. I am fully recovered, thank you.

Good morning,

I had no internet yesterday. We went to The lake yesterday. No walk, just relaxing.

Debbie- yes, the temps are cooler here. Glad you enjoyed the beach yesterday.

Cookie - we are 1.5 hours away from our house. We had to stay close, I have to many appointments coming up. Today I am getting laser surgery. The RV park is very nice, quiet lots to do. Walking trails.

Hi,

I just came back from the doctor. I didn’t get the laser surgery today. He ran a lot of tests so did other surgeons , it turns out my implant rotated in my right eye. I need to get another surgery on September 11 hopefully so they can rotated the implant. They will order a new implant just in case they can’t or it will not rotate. I met all the surgeons that will perform the surgery next month. Not the outcome I was hoping for today.

My eyes got dilated, still seeing blurry. I will be back tomorrow.
