Today was a leg workout at the gym. I didn't have time for a walk and it was much too cold for one outside.

Belinda - Great job with STS TB. I'm hoping your toasty warm tonight Tomorrow is going to be so cold, so perfect timing.

Cookie - I'm sure it was a long day for you.

Deb, It is way too cold and icy out for a walk. My calves are talking to me from yesterday's Gym Style legs.
