Hi,

I did CL # 555 Upper Body Pump and Burn. Great workout. She did a lot of upper body with the band, they burned. My laser surgery is scheduled for August 8 at noon.

The vet didn’t felt comfortable vaccinating Sadie today. Sadie threw up this morning. The vet ran a bunch of blood tests and gave her meds for her stomach. Sadie is on a bland chicken and rice diet for the next 3 day’s. I am sure she doesn’t mind eating cooked chicken.

Debbie - thank you. I am so proud of my DD. We are going to a campground, they have a lake and lots of walking trails. The humidity dropped here too. It’s been raining since yesterday.

'Evening! Did Cardio Kick, an oldie but goodie. No jumping over here, though! Also, got in a short walk. This is a big invasion weekend with two toddlers, one 6-month old, 7-year old and adults. Lots of steps moving things, hopefully, out of the way of the little ones. I'm going to need a nap when they leave!

Deb, do you think you need to get checked out by a dr? Hope you're doing better. Are you able to rest up this weekend?

Belinda, oh no, what happened with Sadie? Bet she's loving the chicken. Surgery in a week. How are you feeling about it?
