Good Morning
Up way to early. What do people do who don't drink coffee??? I don't think I'd survive. I need a good kick in the rear when the baby wakes up some early. But I could have it worse. I figured while DH was away I was gonna be up in the night time while the baby was cutting his teeth and so far that's never happened. I must go into a pretty deep sleep when I go to sleep cause I don't know how I last all day without getting tired.
Yesterday I did PUB shoul,bic,tris and abs, 15 mins on the tm and then I tried one of my new workouts. It was Mindys tabata with toys. It was fun! It's broken up into 18 segments, each one being 4 mins cause it's tabata. Some were tougher then others. She mixes it up with lots of different equipment. The only thing she didn't use was the step, at least I finally got to use the bosu ball!
Belinda** lol...yeah my mom could help you with your yard sale. If I have one it's just as well we wait until we are getting ready to move. We have 3 living rooms in this house...not to many houses need 3 sets of couches...so I have a feeling we will be selling some stuff off.
Kristin** I would say your eating is off b/c you are tired. When I worked and didn't get much sleep I would be starving all day. I would normally pick at simple carbs though. Things that were easy to grab and full of sugar. I think my body was looking for something to help stay awake! Yard sells brings out all the weirdos..."this is a dollar, can I have it for 50 cents". I feel like saying "just take it and leave" lol
Deb** this chicky won't be running with any dogs in the stroller. I think people would think I had finally lost it. Imagine how much you must love your dogs? Most people would love to go to the mall kid free for some time to themselves and then you have people who just want to take dogs b/c they love them so much
. I dunno....
I'm not sure what workout I will do today. DS has a bday at 12 and gymnastics at 2...im not sure if I will get to the party but I think b/c I'm up so early I will be getting my workout in early. I'm leaning towards AB and a run or a run and legs.
