Yesterday I ended up doing JM30DSL3 Day2 and walked. That's all:mad:
I will try to get a cardio wo in today plus JM and abs:rolleyes:

Need to go back and catch up on personals. BRB!

Debbie - awesome job, on BBL High&Tight! How did youi like Avatar? I thought it was a great move. Watched it a few month ago.

Hi all! We must all be so busy because everyone is lagging on the check ins, just about. I miss all of you!!!! I did not work out yesterday. Spent my day with cleaning, the boys and grading essays. I woke up early to grade some more and I have two classes left!!! The bigger class sizes make a huge difference. Anyway, I did not work out yesterday. I plan on working out today, just not sure what I will do. TOTM is approaching and may arrive today. I am feeling it, lol. This afternoon we are going to a small beach/park and then out for a late lunch/dinner with our assistant coach and wife. One of the great things that happened as a result of coaching little league is that we made some really good friends. Two years ago we had seriously no friends. Once we had kids our social life died!!! But now it is revived and I am so thankful, lol.

Belinda- how are the results with the JM workouts? I am dying to get my hands on the low impact series! I cannot wait much longer1 The nature walk was really cool. The ecology site has a small zoo, park and then 1.2 mile trail. We went to the park, and then we went up these stairs to the top of the hill and walked around. The boys were looking for snakes. The trail has fitness spots, like pull up bars and what not. I actually did 3 pull ups. A first for me! We know who to thank for that ;).


Okay, I will bbl to report my workout and hopefull some personals!

Belinda, I'm hoping to get in a dog walk this evening. How do you like that JM? Deb has me thinking about getting more of her workouts.
Amelia, did you get another dog? Let's try together to stay away from those sweets. I'm back on Helene's no cookie challenge to me from last year.
Kristin, our kids put a big cramp on our social life for a long time. When they were so active in sports, it seemed like our only friends were parents of kids on the team. Now we are finally reconnecting with some of the prior ones, but some relationships were definitely strained. Nice job on the pullups!
Deb, I went to Target Friday but couldn't find that JM. Where did you get yours? Avatar was a long movie!
Helene, is the water park still open?
Iris, how are you juggling workouts with your job? How's your mom?
Melissa, anything special planned for today with the bf?
Trish, hope you aren't you too tired from running around with the girls.
Yesterday went to visit niece at Columbia and then youngest ds. It was a beautiful day to walk around NYC. Taking my mom to a parade today - her request. This morning did ctx leaner legs and added in disc and barre work from llb. Oh my!

Belinda: I emailed you the plans. Your workouts are still good. You are a machine. It sounds like the JM workouts are good because they are easy to get in with only 30 minutes?

Deb: Yep, I'm all done with waterparks :D Until next year that is. I still haven't seen Avatar eventhough my brother gave us the DVD as a gift. :eek: I can't wait for you to go relax in Mexico. It sounds like it's coming at a nice time for you to have a break! Nice job with BBL.

Amelia: Yes, nice job with LM. Are your legs both good now? Did you stay out of the good buggy?

Cookie: Looks like you made Trish vanish again! :p I need to use a dose of my own medicine. Maybe I will join you on the no cookie challenge. I had like 8 yesterday. And not small ones either..... Nice way of blasting your legs.

Kristin: Maybe we need to do some coaching because you just described my social life. :confused: Yes, kids killed what little friends we had with all the work we were already doing. Sorry about all the extra work you have on the weekends like that.

Iris: Where you hiding at? We miss you and hope all is well.

Hi to everyone else.

Didn't workout yesterday. Just pigged out. It was a perfect case of self sabotage like I haven't seen in a long time. Oh well. At least it's over for now and I seem to be fine today with no desire of a repeat so far. Hoping to get some cardio in later today and already did a CLX lean circuit this morning. Looking forward to my Monday and Tuesday off. Wow, I might just get used to it. Wonder how long it will feel like a treat. :rolleyes:

Hey all! I did Cardio and Weights today. The park/beach was great. It was such a beautiful day! Back to work tomorrow!

Helene- don't feel so bad. . . I craved and ate brownies last night. With two glasses of milk, lol. TOTM means no self-control!!!!

Cookie- the weather was so nice this weekend for walks outside. Glad you had a good time.

Belinda- the nature walk was great because the boys are just so entertaining. . looking for snakes and wanting to do the fitness stations, lol.

Okay, back to the grind tomorrow.
