I just finished my workout:D I went up on most excerises!

CHEST:

Incline Barbell Bench Press - 55#/15 reps /2 sets (warm up)

Incline Barbell Bench Press - 90#/6 reps - 4 sets, up 5#
Incline Barbell Bench Press - 55#/25 reps, up 4#

Flat Barbell Bench Press - 90#/6 reps - 3 sets, up 5#
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 55#/25 reps, up 4#

Incline Dumbbel Flyes - 33's/6 reps - 3 sets, up 3 #
Incline Dumbbel Flyes - 19's/25 reps, up 1 #

TRICEPS:
Weighted Bench Dips - 75#/6 reps - 3 sets, up 5#
Weighted Bench Dips - BW/25 reps

Close Grip Barbell Bench Press - 80#/6 reps - 3 sets, up 5#
Close Grip Barbell Bench Press - 48#/25 reps, up 3#


Lying Tricep Barbell Extensions - 50#/6 reps - 1 set, stayed the same!
Lying Tricep Barbell Extensions - 52#/6 reps - 2 sets, up 2 #
Lying Tricep Barbell Extensions - 45#/25 reps, no wonder these burned like hell, I put to much weight on it:confused:

I also did the warm up & stretch from GS! That's it for today. I will eat some lunch, BBL!

PS: These is the layout for week: 1, 3, 5 and 7 ;) If anyone wants to copy, go for it! It will save you a lot of time!;) I will post my workouts this week and next week. If you have any questions, just ask me!

Good Morning Ladies.

Ugh...what a busy weekend...mostly otb. I know I have a lot of catching up to do! But any free time in the morning has been given to catching up on CSF stuff..... it's so weird not doing any Cathe workouts, (well, I do cardio). Yesterday was my functional workout, and boy was it tough!! I'm sore today....like EVERY day....:confused: I think it's the newness of it all!

Belinda- Awesome stats...wtg.... So is it snowing yet out there?

Lori- How's it going?? lol

Helene and Cookie- Ok seriously now, lets plan a time....lol

Kristen- Glad your observation went well!!! Hope you feel better soon! Sucks being sick AND having TOM for a visit at the same time.

Deb- Crazy schedule, eh?? I'm nervous about January 1st....I'm still the only employee.....:confused:

Cookie- You might know a guy I know......he's a member at the gym....how's your exchange student??

Amelia- Are you fallling into a routine yet?? Any drama yet?? So, dont' ever get involved, but always listen, always play like you dont' know nothin', but ALWAYS be "in the know"....LOL!

Im not sure what im doing today? May do an upper body workout or not, my leg is hurting :( its the left hammy and its a real deep injury. I have been using an heating pad but it doesn't seem to be helping. Guess its time to take a rest day:mad: I just hope it doesn't hurt tomorrow while im @ work

Belinda-My goodness your lifting some heavy weight, you go girl with your bad self!! :cool:

Iris- Im out of the loop on what CSF means?:confused: High fives on your doms!!! And totally agree with you about Drama, i don't mind hearing it but i have no opinion,LOL. Have a great workout!

Well, on today's agenda is coat shopping for the kids and maybe a pair of jeans for me;)

if i decide to do a upper body workout i will bbl to report it, otherwise...every one have a great Monday!:)
 
Hi Girls!

I am at work and my manager went to get a hair cut...I will take this alone time and make good use of it!:D

My friends came over for a workout at 6:30 and after they left I hopped on the bike for 30 mins, then I did some chest and shoulder work. Not a bad workout. My legs are a little tight from yesterday's race.

Iris** SOunds like you are keeping busy!:D Everything here is going good...busy...busy! I can only imagine how crazy it will be when I throw chrsitmas in on top of everything.

Good morning girls,

I'm going to go to work later today and squeeze in Low Max leg blast premix it's a short one. I'm dog sitting my in-laws dog and boy has she become chubby need to fit in a walk or two for her:)

Belinda - Great job on the weights!! Are you asking for heavier weights for Christmas;)

Iris - I'm surprised you haven't started doing more workouts at the gym so you could save some time. How is your Mom?

Amelia - I hope you hamstring feels better soon . . . I'm sure there's no resting it when your at work:(

Lori - I can't picture anyone passing you:eek: Your friends sound dedicated.

Melissa - I hope you feel better today, kudos on still getting a w/o in.

Helene - I'm actually enjoying picking different w/o's but I do feel more DOMS because of it. I have a ? for you why would an external harddrive be better for downloads then an ipod?

Morning ladies!!

Sorry I was MIA this weekend; Sat I was booked solid with liquor tastings and yesterday we went up to Mark's dad's house for his little bro's bday. We had a great time! I had a little too much of a great time being that I inhaled so much food. His step mom is a great cook, it's hard to say no. I did get in some WO's though: Sat was Step Moves & yesterday was STS Disc 15 & Lo Max Blast Only Premix. Today I am planning on HIIT Pyramid and maybe another cardio depending on the energy level. I have the day off but I have a lady doc annual appt (blech) in an hour. It's snowing up here too, so not sure if I will workout ;ater or cozy up with a book ;)

Belinda, how do you do weighted dips w all that weight?! :eek: I am trying to work up to your stats...doubt it will ever happen though ;)

Iris, I may join you on an Imax premix today! Thanks for the idea :D

Amelia, oi hammy injuries kill. I hope it feels better before you have to go to work! Congrats on your weight loss!! and LMAO @ your thinking you had AS and it was SM!!! That is too funny!

Deb, I did the Low Max leg blast premix for the 1st time ever yesterday and that is a great workout! Nice and short but also challenging. LOL @ the wine tasting w/ cheese. I bring my own cheese sometimes because it helps "clean the palette." Although I find that most people hang out at my table just to enjoy the free food!

Kristin, I hope you feel better!

Helene, so you have TF? I was thinking about getting it but I'm still on the fence. I'm afraid I will get bored and/or Chalean will get on my nerves lol. I have Turbo Jam and I enjoy it once in awhile but like you said, I don't think I could ever do a full rotation of it.

Trish, great job on the STS leg DOMS. This series is the only one that kills my legs, in a good way ;)

Cookie, how was your weekend? Is it snowing by you?

I find Chalean extremely irritating. Like nails on a chalkboard.
Anyhow, I started Day 1 of Meso 2 today. I'm off to the races! lol
 
Hello everyone. My voice was getting better, but as the day went on, it got lost again, lol. anyway, today I did Step Moves and then the blast off premix from LIC. I love doing those two together. It was a good sweat.

Melissa- I've never done the LM blast only premix. It seems like a killer. I have to try it one day. Have you ordered the new workouts yet? I still haven't and I want to. This time of the year it is hard to spend the money though. Just got oil delivered last week and it was a doozy of a bill, let me tell you. it snowed here on LI this morning, but not enough to coat the grass. I am thinking it is going to be a bad winter.


Deb- How was your workout. I see you and Melissa think alike ;). I'll have to try that one. Is it just one run through the blasts or more than one?

Lori- I love how your boss goes for a hiarcut during the workday. hey when the cat's away. . . i think you and Iris will be really busy after New Year's with PT. Let the money roll in, right ;)

Amelia- hamstring pain can hurt bad, but I'm sure I don't need to tell you that. Just rest those legs and take it easy. I hope you feel better soon!

Iris- I too have no clue what CSF stands for. is it that traing for competition?

Belinda- you amaze me every time you post your weight workouts. I hope to get there one day.

My Monday night TC just started and I am so sleepy already :confused:

Belinda: Thanks so much for posting your workouts! These are impressive weights already.

Deb: About the downloads. I keep mine on a hard drive that is separate because I don't have enough room on my computer (too many pictures of the kids :eek:). The ipods have even less storage so you would have a problem there also. You can add them and delete them at will, but I have found that having everything on an external usb drive and working from there is just as easy. Still haven't tried the WB so I can't help you there.

Kristin: Good idea on the workout, they do sound good together. I hope you keep your voice all day tomorrow.

Melissa: I think you would use TF like you use turbojam then. Just once in a while. Does that help? Not sure it's worth the money, but once in a while it's a nice change for me. Your weekend sounded nice. Even the food part. :)

Hawgwild: LOL, that is an intersting way to describe Chalean. :eek: But I can see where you would say that.

Amelia: Hope your hamstrings is better and that tomorrow goes smoothly at work for you.

Lori: LOL at taking advantage of your manager's hair cut to check in with us. Sounds like you are having fun with the girls you PT. How long are your sessions?

Iris: How was today? Not sure what you had planned.

Cookie: We are now looking at Saturdays and Sundays if it's the three of us together. I understand if you want to keep your weekend though. Otherwise, let us know. Iris and I can always drink your beer :p

Tried to do a functional workout today but just couldn't make myself. Just not fun to try to do that by myself and look at the paper to see what was next. I only did half of it and then popped in 30/30. I was happy to see Cathe's face and have her lead me.

New workouts out after Nov. 19th. Woohoo, I'm so excited.

Debbie - I keep mine downloads also on a separate hard drive. How was your leg blast premix? No, I don't need heavier weights, my BB goes up to 300 LB!

Kirstin - glad you had a fun weekend. Good job, keeping up with your workouts. Your put your BB across your lap and dip on a chair/bench. Very tough! Nice mix of cardio today, girl;)
