Checkin' in before I head off to the gym for boot camp....gonna make it a stability ball day! So yesterday's Marathon workout...........was..... *40 min. on the treadmill, with sprints at the end * Then.... did a circuit style.... 15 Push Ups/20 Alt. Reverse Lunges/20 Alt. Front Lunges...alternated these with separate combo's from MMA Kickbox, and finished off with the pushups and lunges. * Then.... did CSF Shoulders * Then....did corework from MMA Kickbox *Then....took a shower and powernap!! hahaha
Today is a rest day,but I really want to get in some yoga later!
Belinda- Love SM with the Ball...do you have Total Body Stretching? I dont' have that one....was wondering how that was.
Cookie- One thing I've noticed with bodyweight work......I haven't really leaned out yet, but damn did I get stronger!

Lori- Yeah I'm preparing myself for the New Year.....especially with our mailing going out featuring the first 3 training sessions on sale.... I'm experiencing some first injuries with some clients...and I'm taking it personally.....*sigh*. I feel like I"m always questioning myself with is it too hard or too easy or too boring...lol
Not much going on today....and its a day where I can pop in on a regular basis....LOL
I didn't get up until 7 a.m...can't believe I look at that as a sleep in! I met with one of my clients at 7:30 and my friend didn't show up for her workout at 8:30 but I knew her little boy was sick all day yesterday. I managed to do do CM#2, 15 mins on the TM and 20 mins on the bike. Tomorrow morning I will def get a longer workout in.

I started cleaning a little at work b/c the corners of the floor needed to be cleaned. The next think I know I have the scrubing brush out and I am scrubing dirt out of the tiles! Ok...not what I signed up for today at all, I wouldn't mind doing a little but its hard on the knees plus Im not dressed for it!
I just did my first workout blender workout, a mix of strength and hypertrophy lower body: warm, warm-up squats (2 sets), and front squats from squat rack d35 (4sets), D14 triset 2 (3 sets), deadlifts from d35 (4 sets), d20 triset 1 (3 sets) and calf work from d14. 1h 5 mins.
I am pooped and I need to eat now
I'm not sure if I'll BBL or not. MIL and FIL just left but we have a friend driving in this afternoon, doesn't know yet if he'll spend the night. He might also be back next weekend. The revolving door continues.
I am also hoping that Iris will drop by for a beer tomorrow? (hint, hint!!!!)
