Good morning,

I did a lot of stretching cleaning my windows yesterday, that's was the only stretching I did yesterday.:p I did take my dogs for a walk. I will get that yoga/stretch & abs in today!

I will be back and catch up on personals!

Happy Hump Day, everyone! And it's still snowing here in Germany:confused:
 
Good Morning Ladies

Today I will run and do Chest/Tri's (the workout that leaves me shaking and broken on the floor) :eek::eek: I was gonna save the run til tonight so I could sleep more, but nah....and if I'm feeling really ambitious I'll hop on again later.

I'm going into work this morning, then leaving early to do some cooking with my mom. :) Hoping to leave by noon today....

Belinda- lol @ window stretching. And ohhhh here we go with the "it's still snowing in Germany" song and dance! LOL! :p Poor Heidi.....LOL

Deb- Where are you going? Might take you up on your offer! :D

Melissa- The training is coming along, glad it's switching up soon. I've noticed a big difference in upper body, both definition and strength, so I"m happy about that! What are you doing for Thanksgiving?

Trish- I'm guessing you made it to Atlanta?? How was the rest of your trip?

Kristin- Yes yoga is the answer if I can keep up with it! The priest needs some work.... ;) He's coming off a long layoff....

Hey girls

MIL is having stents put in today to allow blood flow to the bottom of her heart. They decided to do this instead of the open heart surgery. She could be home as early as tomorrow:) Thanks for all the prayers!!!

Im feeling really guilty this morning for missing my workouts. I'm use to working out 5-6days a week, now im lucky to get in 3:( my eating hasn't been very good either. I've started those old,bad habits again. Eating too many sweets and junk. Im so scared im going to gain weight...it terrifies me:(. BUT, Today is a fresh new day so im logging all my food and staying within calories. We had our thanksgiving day dinner here yesterday after I got home from work so there is no reason for me to eat bad anymore.

anyways, just checking in. :)

Quick post for me.

Ended up doing Intensity yesterday the premix (#4 ?) with the two step segments :)eek: on the second one, I thought it started with a blast.....turns out that was the regular step portion, the blast came after) the Lo Hiit and the Bootcamp. It was fun.

Going to be busy .... until tomorrow that is. Gobble Gobble.

Amelia: Thanks for the news on MIL. I am happy to read that she will be coming home soon. Don't beat yourself up on the workout schedule. It can be very challenging. Just make sure you control your eats (from someone who can't control hers :p).

Belinda, lol at your stretching while window washing! I need to do that type of stretching, but I pretty much prefer any other. Are you having Thanksgiving on the base tomorrow?
Iris, hope you have fun cooking with your mom. Nice to hear your hard work is producing visible results.
Helene, are you cooking tomorrow? I did Intensity yesterday and my, oh my! I was sure huffing and puffing.
Amelia, glad to read your mil is doing better. That must have been quite frightening. Have you submitted your success story yet?

Kristin, we were thinking of going to the parade tomorrow but are now going to one of my sisters. Have you ever gone? We used to live on the street where they inflate the balloons, so I always think of that the night before the Big Feed.
Did Lower Body Blast this morning and I have never had my legs trembling before. My lower half is already feeling it. Anyone else try it yet? Made a tremendous amount of baked goods the past few days, and now I'm even sick of looking at it all. Hope that feeling holds out for a while.
I'm so thankful to all of you for being there and providing support in our continuing health journey.

Hi all1 I pushed through MMA Fusion tonight. I am pretty exhausted. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Cookie- I've never been to the parade. I would like to go one day, maybe when my kids are older. LBB sounds like a fun, hard workout. I am going to have to buy it ;).

Helene- How is the Low Impact Hiit on Intensity? That is the other one I want, and high reps. not sure about the STS yet.

Amelia- don't feel too guilty. it must be hard to go back to working and then have it be ten hour days. You'll get back into it. ;)

Okay, I don't know if I will be back tomorrow or not. If not, happy Thanksgiving everyone. I am going to steal a bit of what Cookie said. i am thankful for a lot of things, and you all and this forum is one of them. God bless!
