Good Morning Ladies

Today will be cardio and Chest/Tri's. 2 and 1/2 weeks out, and boy am I nervous!

Boston was awesome!!! :DWhat an experience to work with a top competition trainer on posing. I learned so much!! And it was so nice to chat one on one too!! We talked about a LOT of things. I feel much better going into this!! I'm praying my body comes together!!

Things are going well with DB. :) He's nice, he's funny, he's supportive, he's stupid hot. He came over late Tuesday night just to rub my feet...*sigh*...WHO DOES THAT?Seriously, I wonder when the ball will drop, you know??

Belinda- Have a great workout, whichever you decide! So when is your official move date? I'm guessing you will be here before the RT?

Kristin- Too cool about the pull-ups! I hear it's usually easier with the 2nd child....not that I know ANYTHING about it...LOL

Lori- LOL @ drinking coffee when doing weights....:eek: And I thought I was bad! You said you were expecting 2-4 cms of snow? Crap, how many inches is that?? lol

Cookie- What movie did you go see?? I know what you mean about constantly running around (trying to keep up with yourself)...it's exhausting. I wasn't tired yesterday believe it or not......I think I'm on autopilot. I can't stop now!

Amelia- Sooo...how's it going??

Melissa- When are you going to Vegas?? I'm going in September, and then hopefully again to compete in November. As far as the friend goes...I'm with you. She's probably a great person, but who doesn't "do" connectors??? Connectors are a fact of life, no one is too good for connectors! Get me? LOL.

Deb- I think about everytime I walk into a big department store now....lol ;) I'm with you...no time for plyo.....ugh. Not my favorite! And yes, both my parents are planning on coming if they are both up to it.

Trish- If you want to know some premixes, of course I will help you and tell you what's on them! So just let me know if there's a specific dvd. Since I'm not training with Cathe at the moment, it will give me a chance to at least watch again! LOL.

Helene- Dang, just read about your shoulder....how's it doing?? I love SJP step segment....Kung Fu Fighting!

Alright ladies, I think I'm caught up!! Up early to go to work early, then come home and train like a fool, and then back to work.....ugh.....lol BBL!
 
Morning everyone. Yesterday was such a hectic day. After work, I took nikolas to his reading pizza party and book fair. I didn't really sit down until 7:30, only to get back up to put the kids to bed. I went to bed at 9!!!! Therefore, no workout for me yesterday, lol. today I will be doing D23 from m2, legs. Ah, the last of the trisets. I have loved the trisets in this cycle, getting some good results.

I will bbl with personals. This coffee has to kick in first, ;)

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to report success for last night. I did Disc 10 and tacked on SM for the fun of it. It was nice. Subbed DB pressed for the first set of pyramid push-ups and there were STILL a HUGE amount of push-ups. I think Cathe likes those a lot.

OK, since it seems to help: tonight I am doing Imax 3. Will be back to report on workouts at min. Hopefully a bit of personals too.

I thought I checked in yesterday but my post isn't there? Anyways, I did CLX Burn Circuit 1 + a 30min dog walk.

Today is suppose to be a rest day, but I took one tuesday so i will do some cardio and abb work. Not sure what yet...pretty sure it will be cathe.;) I go in to work at 1 so that gives me plenty of time to get it in...

Belinda-Soooo, what did you decided. Awesome workout yesterday, hows the legs today?

Iris-DB sounds like a keeper! Glad you enjoyed your experience with the top competition trainer.

Kristin-enjoy your workout today and I hope today is less busy for you.

Cookie- What movie did you and your mom see? DD keeps wanting to me to take her to see that new justin beiber movie....

Trish-I feel the same way about the downloads...i'd rather have the dvd's, its too bad cathe doesn't offer one price for both the dvd and download. Maybe a discount price or something?

Hey ladies. I'm not feeling so hot today. I thought I was getting better but apparently that's not happening. UGH I hate being sick! I think I have a fever too and I have class until 930 tonight...fml! I will prob sneak out of my last one early.

I have to run to class now. BBL for personals (hopefully)!

Did Imax three tonight. I really hate working out at night. I am glad I posted what I was going to do though. It helped. :D
Hopefully I can get back on my morning travel tomorrow and do Disc 11 before going to work.

Melissa: I hope you feel better soon if not already. :confused:

Iris: Kung fu fighting in my head now. LOL. Maybe I'll try to prank call your answering machine again tomorrow. :p

Kristin: I love M2 legs. I use those and plyo legs all the time even when not doing STS.

Amelia: Glad MFP came back up. What would I have done otherwise?! Another good day for me. Good eats and a good workout, although I have to admit I didn't have much energy and didn't give it my all.

Belinda: Hope you got something good done today.

Hi everyone. So I am feeling really tired again today, but I managed to do D23 legs, the last of the tri-sets. For deadlifts I lifted a 65# BB plus weighted gloves. What is up with being so tired? At least tomorrow is FRIDAY!!!

Helene- I loved the tri-sets in this Mesocycle. I felt like it was a heavy lifting plus cardio workout because my heart rate gets up there and the sweat starts pouring. BTW- Imax 3 is going to be my next purchase, ;)

Melissa- Hope you are feeling better. Did you make it through your classes today?

Amelia- noooo Justin Beiber, lol. The girls at my school are obsessed with him. The other day it was his birthday. You would not believe how many girls were wearing Justin Beiber t-shirts. I can relate though. Remember New Kids on the Block? I was obsessed, lol.


Iris- I think it is true what they say about the 2nd child learning from the first. Today nik was teaching Chris how to play bowling on the Wii. LOL.

Hi,

I took a spin class this morning and did M2 D18 tonight, trying to get all my workouts in because I think most of next week will be a rest week. I may go to the hotel gym one day but we're in classes all day.

Belinda - Your move must be getting closer, have you started packing?

Lori - Wondering now that it's almost Spring will you be getting more clients?

Iris - You do know a lot about kids:) Sounds like DB maybe a keeper;)

Kristin - Wow, Easter break is late this year, is it the end of April for you?

Helene - Kudos on getting your workouts in even with your hurt shoulder. How is it? I forgot that song is in that workout, I used to love that as a kid.

Amelia - So I bought Easter reese's eggs today at Walmart:eek: Has your schedule lighten up?

Melissa - Looks like you caught Cookie's cold . . . hope you feel better.

Trish - How was your day?

Cookie - Do you feel better today? DS called today and he has an ear infection and cold too.

Ended up doing HiiT 30/30 this evening. Had no energy for anything longer:confused:

Iris - Glad things are going well with DB. He is a keeper, girl! Hope you had fun with your chest/tri wo today.
